Kirkland Signature Expect More Walkers Premium Shortbread, 74.1 oz

This is a large metal box of Walkers shortbread, with 4.6 pounds of buttery goodness packaged into 12 individual sleeved trays to keep them fresh longer. Each of the trays contained one of the 4 popular cookie shapes, including rounds, fingers, triangles, and a shape called Demerara, which was a thinner round with a textured top instead of Walker's usual smooth shape. I was a bit hesitant to order because many of the other reviews mentioned receiving stale, broken cookies that could only be used for pie crusts and crumble tops. The cookies that I received were fresh and in pristine condition---there was not so much as a broken corner on any of those many, many cookies, let alone a box of crumbles that others had mentioned. My husband and I have been snacking on this package for 2 months now, and still have 1/3 of the package in unopened sleeves. The metal box decorations suggest that these may be Costco Christmas overstock so I'm not sure how long Amazon will have these---but I sure hope that I can order one more box before they run out.

These are my favorite cookies. If there is a better brand out there I haven't tried them. A few cookies were broken but most were in excellent condition. All fresh. I like the stick type wafers the best but this is an assortment of different shapes...all good.

The two tins of cookies arrived very well packed, and cookies did NOT break during shipping. They are my favorite cookie!

Delicious! So buttery and smell divine. These are a family favorite. I took a tin to work for Thanksgiving and they disappeared!

Very good cookie. Buttery and yummy. These are thick BIG cookies...are not for the faint of heart! The tin is pretty and large.

Always love these cookies and will keep them because they are so good. Just very disappointed that so many were broken. The 4.6 lb. tin contains 12 individually wrapped sleeves. Only ONE had no broken cookies. The largest piece in another one was half a cookie and lots of little chunks.

I was very disappointed that the product was not as pictured on the Amazon site. The tin shows a large picture of Prince Charles Stuart(Bonny Prince Charley) bidding farewell to Lady Flora MacDonald before he left for permanent exile in France following the failure of the uprising in 1745. Instead the tin had a picture of Scottish Highlands. The whole purpose of purchasing the tin was to have one of historical significance rather than just one of the Scotch landscape. I thought that this advertisment tactic was deceptive and I should receive another tin with the historical scene in compensation! End of message!

Walker short bread cookies are the best we have had. We have ordered these several times over the past years and noticed the price increased steadily. However, we opted to continue purchasing as there are no other shortbread cookies that can compare. However, Amazon is the shipper. This shipment contained 2 cans. One was in perfect condition, the other was not. The tin was bent out of shape and the top was not on. I suspect handlers at Amazon must have dropped the can in packing. Only explanation. Two levels of cookies in this damaged tin were completely crumbled. At the price paid this is not a great experience. I am considering contacting Amazon. The cookies pieces are edible but not something you would put out for company tea.!!!!!

Lovely shortbread and such a large tin! The biscuits are fresh and unbroken.
