Description

The intricate designs on this decorative clock are carved while the terracotta is still soft. Once it hardens, the artists paint and fire it in a kiln. The carving process creates a deeper dimension than other flat ceramic pieces – instantly conveying the rich hand-made quality as opposed to factory-made ceramics. Additionally, each piece is entirely unique and signed on the back by the artist. All paints are certified safe by the European Union. Because the clocks are handmade, they each have small variations, which contributes to their one-of-a-kind quality.
