The best!!! Should have got one years ago!!
Used this so much!! Love it! Easy to install. Easy to maintain. Easy to use. It’s great! Heats well. Looks good on the patio. Is a bit noisy when using the bubbles but the bubbles are good! Very study. Performs better than expected. We are using Bestway chorine tablets, photo showing good water quality after more than 8 weeks!

Wonderful
I purchased this baby for muscle relaxing after the gym.The directions may as well go in the bin for the use they were. Youtube video was better.Great size for 2 adults or 4 very friendly adults. One minus for me is the air jet bubbles. When it's bubbling, you are losing heat all the time because the air jets are obviously cold. It drops quite fast so you have to have it set at 39-40c to counteract it. On a hot day I come home from the gym and switch it on and by time I'm out of the shower it's dropped 2c.Also, make sure you get your plus and minus, your strips, defoamer and chlorine. Some nice Epsom salts to stop your skin drying out and a fishing net. All these things are important. Oh and extra filters and filter cleaner.I bought the waterfall separately but tbh we never use it. If you do, to make the squirt better, unscrew the filter screw and it makes the waterfall reach the other end of the pool. Not too noisy, I can barely hear it inside.Protection cover is great with the child clips so they can't open it.Tons of fun. So glad I bought it.Didn't take long to fill, prob 4 hours maybe. Started heating at 5pm and was ready by 7am next day

Bargain
Got 1 for my son who was going to pay 320 ,found it on Amazon for 215 so ended buying myself 1 as well.Doesn't seem as deep as my last Vagas lazy spa .Think it might just be very slightly smaller as from maximum water level to the top rim ,as seems just as deep in the water depth.New design in pump square not a egg .Lift/ tilt control panel, easily altered as you don't have to hangover the sides to change the settings when in the tub. There is also a new tube protruding at the bottom outside to let the water out ,another good upgrade from the old style. You can connect a pipe easily to drain it where you want it to go. The other new design is the tablets go into a cap/cover where the water returnsinto the tub.It has a freeze protection system also but not used as yet .Believe price gone back up now .What I paid I am a happy customer.

Great
Had the older model of the Vegas lazy spa and this one is much better. The height of it is just a little shorter by a couple of cms which makes getting in and out easier. Resting head agains the back is more comfortable. The base unit (not when using bubbles) is so much quieter than the older model which is great. It maintains the heat for longer. It comes with a drinks holder on the device also very handy. The best part which makes a huge difference is the fact there is a port and tube attached to the bottom which makes emptying so much easier. The older model did not have this so the water did not drain out of the bottom well as the pressure of the water on the floor valve kept the water in and you had to lift the hot tub up to allow the water to drain. The new one had the valve which opens to a tube where u can attach the hose for easy draining.

I feel ripped off
We purchased in nov 23 as a Christmas present for my autistic son .. he has bad mental health and needed something to relax in .. we’d tried hot tubs whilst being on holidays .. anyway left in box .. after Christmas we couldn’t set it up as we had major renovation work being carried out in our garden and on the outside of house .. finished in June this year .. after relandscaping etc we set the tub up for my son .. he was using it for about a week when we noticed everytime we turned on the jets the tub would blow up really hard.. my hubby feared it would burst so he opened the air input hole to let air out .. hot water and air started spitting out so we emptied it and released all the air .. there was water in were air should be .. we emptied it out and tried to blow it back up but it just wouldnt blow up.. there must be a fault and a tear were the air jets are .. so we contacted Amazon .. after being told to return it to the seller.. my emails were bouncing back as the seller had left Amazon but their customer service agents told me twice don’t worry if no answer after 48 hours wel file a claim .. after 48 hours I get back in touch only to be told Amazon will not do anything as 90 days have been and gone .. I was spoke to very rudely by one person and then again by a manager .. I’ve now been sent an email by management dept saying basically tough .. my son is devastated and we can’t afford to replace it .. so just remember when purchasing expensive items that Amazon don’t have your back and will not do anything about sellers selling faulty hot tubs !!!

Why did I wait so long!
I got my first hands on look at one of these at a friend’s party. My son had a blast and we bought one for ourselves the next day. We had written them off for years as just a cheap bit of rubbish for those that can’t afford a real hot tub. How wrong we were. I’m a total convert. They are easy to setup and hold their temperature amazingly well. Mine is set to 38 and has never gone below 36 all summer. And that was after prolonged use with the bubbles raging. The only difficulty is with water chemistry. That is something all hot tub owners have to deal with and is no worse here. You need to test regularly and be prepared to make adjustments. You’re going to need to buy all the relevant chemicals and test strips. Not a major issue but I’m used to more complex versions of this with my marine fish tanks. This is a walk-in-the-park by comparison. Just worth researching so you know what you’re getting into.
