Sweet and adorable journal
Got this for my fiancée for Valentine’s Day and wrote a list of all that I love about him. I can add to it over the years. The pages were lined, which was hard to find. The clasp to close and “lock” is a great addition, but a bit hard to secure after opening. I’m assuming that it will break before long.

Lots of pages made of strong paper quality
I was really impressed with the quality of the leather and even the pages in this journal. It has a lot of pages, which is so nice. The lock is great but feels flimsy. Not sure if it was designed to just be used for looks. All in all, I was really pleased and the gift recipients loved it!

You get what you pay for so I can’t be mad that it’s not great quality. What I am bothered by is that it says MONTEXOO giant on the inside “leather” flap. Unfortunately I need it today for its intended purpose so I’ll have to keep it. Really wish they would have shown that in the photos!

Beautiful but not serviceable
Was not happy! Leather and tooling is lovely, but was looking specifically for a journal with narrow-ruled pages. The images of the journal on Amazon showed the pages to be narrow-ruled, and that was my main reason for ordering this journal, but when it arrived, it has very wide-ruled pages. Am stuck in hospital for the next 6 - 8 weeks, and also, can't afford the shipping charges to return it, but am very disappointed.
