My birds love it!
This a great product. The birds love it. It is easy to remove, clean, refill and put back. It can be put inside or outside the cage. The only way it could be better is if it was a little deeper. I would definitely recommend.

It’s perfect for my lil birds! They love it!
It’s great!!!!! As soon as I put it in the cage, my two lil guys were in it, and taking a lil bath. So cute! It’s well made, solid, and perfect size, easy to put in, and works well for small birds, like I have. I highly recommend this if you have budgies(aka parakeets) and lovebirds. It’s not flimsy, and seems like it could easily hold the weight of a cockatiel.

super pleased with my purchase
I didn't expect the quality to be so good! Very pleased with my purchase. Multi functional for bathing and feeding (small to medium sized birds) etc. Not flimsy, solid and should last a long time. Weight was fine but not for bird cages with bars that bend easily. Safe, I rated this 5 stars for it is price well and worth the money. I may buy a few more because there isn't anything that comes close to this quality even when you are welling to spend more money. Easy to assembly very simple, don't tighten to much just enough for it be be secured enough. Fits medium sized cages but could be used for a smallish medium cages like mine.

Perfect water and swimming pool for parakeets
This is the perfect water bowl I've been finding for my parakeets. It's not too deep where they couldn't get in and bathe but it holds enough water for drinking and bathing. I like the semi-transparency of the plastic, it allows the birds to see that there's something in there. I've seen people write reviews where they said that when they tightened the nut to the birdcage that it caused the device to crack. Don't use your big monkey fingers and over wrench it, you just need to finger tighten it, that's it. I like the fact that the basin armature stays secure to the birdcage bars and you can swivel the water basin to counterclockwise and remove just the basin to clean it out and replace it. It is very easy folks, don't overthink it. By the way the size of this is perfect for parakeets, canaries, lovebirds. Not much bigger than that for bathing but fine for any size bird for drinking water. Great product thank you so much.

Nice!
I purchased this birdbath after seeing how 1 of our parakeets kept trying to stick her entire head into the water silo (we sometimes hold the tube without the base up to the birds so they can drink from it before we hang it up). Our parakeet does use the bath every now and then. We do have to splash our fingers in the water to get her attention at times. Our other parakeet doesn't bathe in it at all, as he seems to prefer getting sprayed. When the bath isn't being used to hold water, I like putting shredded carrots into the bowl, or other veggies, since it's nice and wide. For some reason, our birds won't eat carrots from their food dishes, so the bath made a good veggie bowl. Anyways, onto the product itself: Pros ========= -Very sturdy. The plastic is thick, and you can tell that it's made of quality materials. -Easy to install. We have cage with square mesh walls, and the bath installed fine. The plastic plates on the back have ridges that help it stay put whether you're using horizontal or vertical bars. -Easy to remove bowl! The bottom of the bowl has a raised line of plastic that you have to line up with the slot on the holder. After that, you just twist it until you hear a click. It's very very easy, although I can see where one might have some difficulty putting the bowl back in if it's filled with water. I replace the bowl while its empty, so I just throw it on the base holder and shuffle it for a few seconds until I get the parts lined up right. And then I fill it using a cup. No biggie. Cons ======== -It's a little bulky. I wouldn't recommend this for a smaller cage. I have a pretty large cage, but between the branches and toys, it was hard finding a good place for the bowl. I'm not sure why the bath needed to be on such a large pedestal, but whatever. :D -I didn't deduct any points for this, but I would have liked to see a screw cap fastener instead. That way, you can hide the unsightly screw, or prevent scratches from bumping into it if the cage is in a location where you might walk past and graze your arm on something sticking out. Screw caps are also easier to screw than the little metal thing that comes with this set. -Because of the locking mechanism on the bottom of the bowl, you can't set it flat on a surface, which means you can't put it down anywhere if you have water in it. I didn't mind, since I carry the bowl straight from the cage to the toilet for emptying, and after I clean it, I return it to the cage empty and then fill it after I lock it. I have a cup next to the cage specifically for filling the bowl, so it's not a big hassle. -A little shallow. Filling it to the top seems like a good depth, but when the birds jump in, the water overflows a bit, so I now fill the bowl around 2/3 full. It doesn't seem like a lot of water, but I don't think the birds mind. On the plus side, the height is good for perching on the rim for some veggie eating! Updates: I've had this bath for around 9 months now, and it's holding up wonderfully. The fastener still holds very tightly. I clean the bath daily, and I love that it's easy to clean! Both parakeets prefer drinking out of the bath instead of their water tube now. The one still won't bathe in it, but the other loves running through the bowl. Every now and then, I get lazy and put the bowl in with the water already in there. If I'm lucky, I can hold the bowl steady enough to not slosh the water out while I feel around the base to line up the parts. Luckily, my cage setup is forgiving with water splashes, so it's not a huge deal. I can see this being annoying if you're a very busy person who doesn't have time to fill the bowl with a separate glass, or if you have a setup where slight spillage will be an issue if you plan on putting the bowl in with water already in it. Anyways, still loving the bath!

My new Budgies LOVED this bath immediately!
I just got two new budgies a month ago and I've been trying to get them take a bath for awhile! I've been noticing that one of them likes to take a very short bath in her deep water dish, and I've noticed that she's gotten a little bit dusty so I surfed the web for a bird bath! I wanted one that was nice and flat and round, so they would get the idea it's a bird bath like the ones you see for the outside wild birds. I found this one, and it was perfect! I got it a lot earlier than expected so I was super happy! I put it in mid day in the cage, and It took me a little bit to figure out how to put it on the cage but eventually I got it on there! (There was no instructions on how to put it on). I don't think they really noticed it till the next morning I woke them up. I enticed them over to it with millet, and my two budgies are SUPER curious and love things shoved in their face to try out and climb all over. I introduced them to the bath with millet and they got a little bit slippery on the sides of the bath but that was okay. After that, I kept watching them all morning and they were super curious about it. I saw they both climbed to it, and then one started taking a bath!! I was so happy!! She looked so cute and adorable taking a bath I was just so glad! She LOVED IT! My other one has yet to take a bath since he doesn't like water but he'll get the hang of it soon! Get this bath because it's great for all birds!! My birds love dipping their heads in and just having a blast in it. It was so cute seeing her all happy and taking a bath. I love watching birds take a bath it's just so adorable! This bath is a MUST buy!! Buy it now, even if your bird is kind of stubborn, hurry up and buy it! Your bird will love it and look all clean again!! :D
