this is the only gum i chew because it helps with jaw strengthening and gives you a subtle hint of mint without all the junk that gives me a migraine! my absolute favorite gum and worth the price!

If you’re lean enough, this trains your massaters, gives you a more hollow cheek look. Not gonna work if you tip the scales a bit. Other than that, it makes you look cool cause you’re chewing gum but not the loud squishy obnoxious garbage.

Great long lasting chew! Gives your jaw a workout for hours. Maintains its consistency. It's amazing! I like this flavor which I guess is more of a non-flavor. I don't want a blast of flavor or sugar or chemicals when I chew my gum. This is very bland and neutral tasting. There really is no taste. It's gum for chewing. The gum quality is excellent. The chewability is as good as a gum can ever be. The longevity is amazing it lasts for hours. Highly recommend.

Not bad if you know beforehand it has virtually no flavor and is hard to chew. It gives the jaw muscles a good workout. What I did not research before buying were the ingredients. I prefer products with no artificial anything. If you care about that you may want to choose something else.

I’ll be honest, this gum isn’t for everyone. It starts with a weird texture almost like tact. The taste is very light. It seems to double in size as you chew it and it is really great for blowing bubbles and strengthening your jaw. It last all day without changing in texture. It’s well worth the price for the amount of pieces you get and it’s just a fun thing to share and let people try.
