i took these throughout my last two pregnancies. they taste great. i do not like taking traditional vitamins. I know these have no iron, but i like them anyway. These are a great flavor and easy to digest. I have zero issues with taking them with or without water and they agree with me whereas several other brands I’ve tried in the past both don’t offer gummies (or are awful flavors / have a bad aftertaste) as well as don’t sit well with me.
