Had a Lasko for years before this one, and it was fantastic. Eventually the oscillation broke because I kept dropping it. User error, not a comment on the quality of the device imo. This new one is serving me well!

I’ve ordered this heater 3x . I had it in the past for 10 yrs. So far, out of the 3, only 1 works. Not happy !!!!

i absolutely love it! best heater and small can easily be put on counter top, runs all night no problem and isn’t loud either! it heated up my whole house i had to turn it off for a bit actually it’s more than perfect! i’ve had it for two months now and its just perfect no problems what so ever!

It is 2 thirds as tall as the heater it replaced and works 1000 times better! I turned it on the low setting and low heat and in 2 minutes a whole 16x20 room was warm! This baby pumps out heat! The only thing I wish it had was numbers on the temperature dial (60, 70 ect...) other than that this thing is worth it's weight in gold if you need to heat up a room.

This heater is fantastic! Puts out plenty of heat. 2 settings and it rotates… I don’t really use that function. Manual buttons no digital buttons to mess with has temperature dial u can set. Perfect for under my desk or table if you’re doing puzzles. Small enough also to put on top of desk. Love love love it! There is no remote. Which I like. Buy it u won’t be disappointed….

I have to say I am impressed. First off it is QUIET. I can barely hear it running compared to my old 1500 watt Comfort Zone heater. The fact that it is quiet doesn't mean the fan is weak either. I can feel heat from 4 feet away, which is something my old heater never did even when it was new. It's also much hotter as well, even though they are both 1500 watts. I chose this model Lasco because I wanted an old style thermostat, as I have read too many complaints about newer model electronics units. It turns on and off as needed just as it should. My only concern is the absence of anti-tip shut off function, as this unit will run even if it is knocked over onto its side. There is a slight smell when running but that is not uncommon with new heaters. Time will tell if it will last as long as my old heater but so far I am confident that it was money well spent. With 8 degree temps tonight, this bad boy is definitely going earn its keep. UPDATE-11 months later and the power switch is cooked. I ran this heater on low power 95% of the time. The switch started to lose connection on low power last month, so I started to use the high side. The switch is now totally inoperable and is fused together on high but does not run. I still love the heater but it is obvious that the manufacturer chose to use a switch that can't handle the current required to operate the heater for long periods of time.

I live in California, the state that thinks it's a European country. Energy prices are high everywhere, but they're ridiculous here, we pay 30-50¢ per khw, and natty gas this year makes that look like a deal. Heating my whole house is not happening this year. I refuse! So we have a little oil filled radiator. These take about an hour to warm a room and are heavy and take up valuable space in a closet for half of the year. My requirements were: Energy efficient, light weight, small. Basically this thing works like a blow dryer. It heats up it's ceramic plates and blows air across it. That means it gets hot instantly, unlike an oil filled radiator which has to heat the oil first. It also is cool to the touch when you shut it down. My office is in a huge room in our house, I'd need two or three radiators to heat it and it wouldn't get hot until noon. What this is good for is heating up your immediate area and if you happen to be in a bedroom or something, this would probably warm that space quite well. Pros: This thing is light weight, I think they say 4lbs. It's easy to move around. It's small. It will easily store away in a closet or a shelf and still leave plenty of room for other stuff. It gets hot fast. Within seconds. It has 2 heat settings, 900 and 1500. At a few feet away, 900 is great. The fan is quiet! Louder than my oil filled radiator (which is virtually silent) Quieter than my air purifier on medium. Cons: Smells like an environmental hazard when first turned on. I'm optimistic this will go away in short order. The fan has 1 speed, that speed is low. If you want to blow hot air all around a big room, vornado has some better options. It could have a 500 or 600 watt setting for truly economical running. 900 watts for 6 hours per day is $60 a month for California energy prices. 500 watts is $32.88. Just a few short years ago, it would have cost a mere $18 per month to run it at 900w... but that's life! Heating my house with natty gas as minimally as possible would run about $232 a month. So it's still a deal. There were cheaper options and better looking options, but this hit the sweet spot for size, features, and Lasko is a brand that is if anything these days, fairly reliable. I hear their customer service is poor but they probably just import these things from China and slap a label on it. Everything I've gotten from them seems to work.

This little heater works pretty well. As others have noted it puts off an odor when in operation, I am hoping it does not continue after several uses. It is much smaller than I was expecting but the dimensions are noted. You a have a choice of either 900 watts or 1500 watts and also it oscillates if you want. It is fairly quiet and I would recommend it. 4🌟’s

Tengo años con el, es muy potente y eficaz. Calienta una habitación rápido. Se me ha caído bastantes veces y sigue funcionando . Eso sí, consume bastante energía , aprox usándolo 3-5 veces por semana en invierno el recibo de luz se sextuplica , para mí no es un problema pero considero que es bueno mencionarlo. Suerte 🍀

Je suis très satisfaite de ce radiateur. Il ne prend pas beaucoup de place et fonctionne très bien. Ma porte patio jette du froid sur le plancher de bois flottant. Ça répond à mes besoins par grand froid. Le seul hic est que sa chaleur est trop dirigée et propulsée au sol. Il faudrait que la grille soit un peu plus haute. Je reste tout de même satisfaite. Ma remarque est surtout pour le fabriquant.

Great little heater. Quiet and dial thermostat works quite well. Only missing feature is an auto turn off if tipped over.
