AltRider ALTR-9-4700 Universal Exhaust Heat Shield

Fits well in my bike and looks like it would fit a fairly wide range of bikes, if still gets hot but nowhere near as hot as my dirt bike exhaust without this protection.Shipping was extremely fast, arrived in no time

There is very little to this for the money and is pretty crude for the price as well. I put it on my exhaust but haven't tested it yet, doesn't cover that big of area though and I don't really like the sharp edges. Hopefully it'll do what it's designed to good enough!

Despite the name of this product being "universal," it's really not. They should add a disclaimer of "your mileage may vary" because it doesn't sit well on the slip on exhaust I'm using. It sits perfectly in one specific area on the pipe where the curve radius matches that of the Altrider heat shield, but unfortunately that's not the exact location where I need it to be to protect my saddle bags. So, it fits, but not perfectly. Altrider products are high quality as is this piece of kit, however, I wish I had purchased something else.
