A geeky billionaire inventor accepts a bet to live like he doesn't have money, for a month in the area of Dare Valley, Colorado, during a high stakes card game and looses the bet. He also accepts a side bet of being celibate for a month.As he is arriving he is directed to a location to rent from a single woman, the owner of the house.They continue their relationship and decide they have feelings for each other, but don't act on those feelings.The owner is traveling to Paris to do an apprenticeship with a renowned baker as she is opening a bakery in her town.She and the billionaire are completely smitten with each other and end falling in love.Th author is exceptional at filling details about baking and inventing. A well written novel in the continuing series.

Good book
This story had parts that dragged, but overall I liked the characters. Although Margie had brief moments when you wanted to scream at her. " Get over it." Not as good as the first book in this series. The flow seemed less natural and the roadblocks contrived. Not worth the $, I'm thinking. Miles is an engaging writer, but perhaps as series goes on and on its hard to keep up the quality of the story telling. Can't recommend this one.

Wanted to know the Evan and Margie story. This book will tell you the ups and downs of their journey. Have a cup of c.offee and a grand read of this story.

I have read the whole series and fell in love with all of them from the first to last . Anyone who enjoys lyre love and it bumps and victories will love thes book . Can’t wait until November. . For the new to come out. It it from the first one

Fun
Like all of Ava's books once I start I'm not putting it down. The mini series is delightful. Must admit I sure was craving cinnamon buns all the way through it.

Ava Miles consistently writes about people at crossroads in their life and finding ways to move forward successfully. Her characters come across as real and you can't help but root for them!
