This is a we wonderful brace. Very Supportive and comfortable. Great back support and allows you to move without feeling as if you have metal in your back. I am 133 lbs and 5 foot 2. I purchased the Medium to Large. Fits perfectly around my bulky pajama, however my suggestion would be to size up. As others stated better to size up. The sizing is not accurate. It's of great quality. I am post op due to Spinal fusion and laminectomy. Thank you

Excellent support for low back pain. I have spinal stenosis and it can be quite disabling. I've tried many different back braces and this one is far superior to the others. Easy to adjust and provides excellent support. Great product. This is my second time purchasing this particular brace. The other one has held up well, but I've lost some weight and needed to go down a size.

This brace really helps to control my lower back pain! It feels supportive and the tightening straps feel secure and supportive. As soon as I put it on my pain dissipates. I’ve been wearing it every day for the past 5 days. What makes me rate it as 4 stars instead of 5 is that after just 2 days of wear, the sticky strips that should keep it in place have become a lot less sticky so the brace tends to shift up, especially when sitting. Otherwise it has been a wonderful product!

This is exactly what was recommended to help support my back and relieve pressure on my back. Comfortable to wear. Easy to adjust loosen of tighten as needed. Compact can be stored easily. Works very well would recommend this product to anyone who has back issues or needs support in maintaining correct posture.

For people that must use a Back Brace this product is extremely well made. durable, easy ro use and not a BULKEY ITEM, EASY FITS WITHOUT THE NORMAL BULGE AS OTHER BACK BRACES.

It's a good support, but it would be better if it could be stronger. It's easy to wear out.

I'll do a quick summary of what I said in the video in case it doesn't attach it:The brace is REALLY, REALLY, did I say REALLY easy to put on.It comes with instructions with good illustrations (yes I can read, but my ADHD brain likes pictures. I haven't decided if I'm breaking out the crayons to color it in yet or not. Not important, just a thought) that I followed and got the brace on the right way the first time.I'm HOPING it stands the test of time, I've had other braces with plastic stays, they end up breaking, trying to impale a kidney, and I end up having to throw them away. This brace seems to be much more durable, I'll definitely be updating this review if I have any problems with the quality of it.I DID NOT buy this as a waist trainer/trimmer, but for my beautiful thick people out there, it does give you a pretty hourglass figure if you want that, it would be something you would need to wear a bit tighter and I don't recommend wearing ANYTHING that hurts or makes you uncomfortable, I just wanted to put that out there.I have not tried this under my shirt, I will be doing so soon and I will put a specific update on this review, because it's important for me, so maybe someone else might want that info before they buy.YES it DOES say this in the instructions, but this is hand wash only, no soap or other chemicals (to be perfectly honest, I'll probably just spot clean if needed, I work with raw meat so if I get something gross on it, spot clean is going to be the way to go.)I have really, really bad lower back pain 100% of the time because of arthritis. 2 minutes after putting the brace on, I was already feeling relief. That's a really good sign for me.I don't know if this part will be of any use, but this brace is also really easy to put on someone else if they are not able to do it themselves. It doesn't shift a bunch as you are moving and the overall design just makes it extremely easy to take on and off, I figured I would add that in there just in case.Absolutely 5 out of 5 stars, I've already told my husband that he needs one, as well as my brother and father (yes, bad backs run in the family)If you are looking for a quality product at what I consider to be a great price, I really do highly recommend this back brace.

FINALLY! I tried several girdles/waist trainers/slimmers/etc and none of them were strong enough to hold in my tummy. Although this product is mainly a back brace, it works perfectly at holding in my gut and slimming my profile. As an added bonus it also does provide good back support. It basically has 2 levels of tightening. The 1st is where the left side of the brace lies against your stomach. Then the right side folds on top of that and sticks to velcro. Then it has the extra straps you see in the pictures, that allow you to really cinch this thing nice and tight. It's comfortable to wear. Just enough firmness to support but enough flex so I can move naturally instead of looking like a robot when i walk. Its also a lot more breathable than the other waist slimmers that intentionally make you sweat. And I wore a very light tshirt over it and its very discreet. Cant tell im wearing it. I couldn't be happier with this thing.
