Battery installed w/o issues and is reporting status
Just installed, yet haven't recalibrated my laptop to adjust to levels. The battery was recognized w/o any issue and is reporting to my OS as expected (unlike previous ordered item/returned for credit). I don't have enough expreience to measure the battery capacity, yet am simply happy that it has not presented any issues.

AWESOME BATTERY AND EASY REPLACEMENT
Scored a replacement HP Pavilion 15 battery and couldn't be happier. Swapped it out hassle-free—it fit like a charm. Now my laptop runs like new, no more charging struggles. Props to HP for making it easy to keep my tech going strong!

Product was as advertised and fit the HP laptop.

Good battery, could use different tooling
Battery came well packaged, after training the computer to the battery it has decent life. I just wish it would've come with a prying tool. It had a small screw driver and even a torque driver which wasn't needed but a pry tool would have made the kit complete.

Bad Battery
It had to be returned. The battery already had a bad cell that was bulging. A new one is coming.

Too soon to say for sure that it is a good/great battery because I just got it in the laptop last night. It fit fine, charged well, and seems to be holding a charge well.

Product is good and work as expected. I would rate the product as 4 out of 5. I gave 5 out of 5 as the customer support is top notch. Prompt response on inquiries and they went above and beyond to mitigate with the issue I encountered. Given a chance, I will definitely go back and buy again from this seller.
