Do these work in place of the ic50 cartridges? i can't find blue black in ic50.

Assuming the IC50 is the short cartridge and using in the Prera, the answer is yes.

What are the dimensions of the cartridge itself? (The "product dimensions" given are of the box...)

Cartridge is 5.8 cm long Opening is .7 cm

Does this cartridge fit Pilot Prera?

Yes, it absolutely does. It's what I use in my Prera which is my EDC. Great ink and somewhat water resistant.
