I bought this charger for my HP office laptop after my original one stopped working, and it has held up surprisingly well. The packaging was decent, nothing fancy, but secure enough that everything arrived in good condition. I’ve been using it for over a year now, and I haven’t run into a single issue, which is honestly more than I expected for a replacement charger. The build quality feels solid, and the wires are long enough to use comfortably, whether I’m working at my desk or sitting a bit farther from the socket. It plugs in firmly, charges consistently, and doesn’t overheat, which gives me confidence in its reliability. Overall, it’s been a dependable purchase, especially considering how long it has lasted without any hiccups.

It's an adaptor for my laptop and it works. Not exactly sure how else to describe or review the product...

Although the charger ‘works’ it won’t stay in the charging point. The slightest knock or wobble and the charger disengages and it then takes quite some time to find the correct angle so the laptop will start charging again. I bought the charger so I could I could keep one at work and one at home - the other works fine which leads me to believe it is the charger at fault. For the money this is quite disappointing.

Poor quality charger. The plug doesn’t fit into the laptop port correctly so it keeps popping out meaning the laptop doesn’t charge. Had this charger for 5 months and then it stopped working. Don’t buy

Connection to laptop is very loose and keeps disconnecting. Ended up buying the original power supply for more.

Fantastic. I've been using this charger for a while. It functions well and charges quickly.

I bought one and it didn't fit properly in the computer socket. I sent it back and the new one fits perfectly. I hesitated to send it back because I thought that it might be a defect that they all had but that was not the case, This is perfect and the price is good.

I have a 2 story house. I got tired of running up and down the stairs to fetch my charger. I love this extra charger so now I have one for the bedroom upstairs and one for the living area downstairs. After 5 months, this charger is still working great. As a matter of fact, I can't tell which charger is the original that came with the laptop and which is the extra 2nd charger that I purchased. I am now purchasing another extra charger for my vacation home. I don't want to go through another weekend of trying to cook from memory because I can't access my recipes from my laptop because I forgot to pack my charger!

The communication is good, the delivery is good, and the quality of product is good.

It works. 1/2 the price that is charged at a big box store
