I love this tea. It has a light mint taste, which I am always drawn to. The ingredients are organic and really a nice blend that I think is great.I’ll go through a list of the ingredients and the known benefits of eachOrganic Green Tea - known for energy enhancing effects and being an antioxidant.The catechin compounds in green tea can have some protective effects on neurons, potentially lowering the risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.Ginger Root - ginger is great for stomach issues like upset stomach, diarrhea, gas etc. It is even known to help with pain relief from arthritis. Besides I love the flavor of ginger personally.Organic Linden Blossoms- immune system booster, attacks free radicals, lower inflammation, and even helps with anxiety.Organic Holy Basil- known to help with stomach issues as well as respiratory problems. In Ayurveda practices its’ known to be a tonic to retain youth and avoid premature aging.Organic Lemon Myrtle- mostly known for its antiseptic, astringent, deodorant, and expectorant properties.Organic spearmint - another great herb for digestion also supposed to help with optimizing hormonal levels and immune system health.Organic rose hip- rose hips are considered a very powerful antioxidant. i am in love with this tea!! and ill for sure be buying more for future cleansing. the ingredient list is incredible! green tea, ginger root, linden blossoms, holy basil, lemon myrtle, spearmint, rose hips... and its ALL organic! the tea is loose leaf which is superb. and it tastes delightful! i love natural herbal cleases and this is one of the best ive tried. i dont feel poorly, i have energy, and i am enjoying my morning cup of hot tea! the results so far are pleasing as well. i know this is a 2 week cleanse, but general in the first few days theres results of some sort anyway...or at least die off ...but this tea hasnt given me any of the undesireable side effects of the typical detox. i feel good. i was able to try this at a discounted cost in return for my honest review.

This detox tea has a great taste and is very soothing to the throat to drink. I have been drinking this tea once a day for a few days and I feel refreshed and rejuvenated. It feels as though I had an old fashioned "spring tonic" only this one tastes good. I don't have to add anything to it like honey or milk to make it taste "better". I feel benefits of drinking it after only a few days and am excited to see how I feel after the full fourteen days. I highly recommend this tea for anyone who needs to get the good things into your body and clean out toxins. I know I will be buying it again for future detox of my body.
