Does this come with a master link?

The KMC X10.93 does indeed come with a master link.

Wanting to know this'll work with the Shimano Ultegra 6700 10 speed cassette.

Yes, it works fine on mine. I run an Ultegra 12-25 cassette and ultegra shifters and have no problem. I like this chain better than SRAM or the shimano chain.

Does it work with Campagnolo cassettes?

Works well with my Campy Chorus and Record cassettes. These shift perfectly and have a long lifespan.

Will this work with a 2x10 set up?

Yes it will....although it may depend on your type of cassette and crankset, whether it requires a directional chain since the KMC is non-directional....there was a faint "crunch" on my shimano 2x10 set up...that "crunch" went away when i switched to the shimano HGX chain which is a directional chain...otherwise it is designed for the 2x10 set up
