Getting exactly what's advertised
Advertised as already wired, not true it was not already wired!!! I paid for second chance remove wrapping and take away , only to find the wrapping was dumped in our own communal bins , so I basically paid £5 for them to carry it down stairs to our own bins, so not impressed!!

False delivery day
The delivery is not what was given when I ordered the oven, I chose this oven based on the quick deliver time given, I heard nothing fro. Arrow XL the courier company who deliver for almost a week after the given delivery date and then it was to book a delivery date making it twice as long before it arrived.The oven itself is ok but the light stopped working on first use. Have to wire it up yourself

Slow
The main oven takes ages to heat up. Roo hobs are a pain to control the temperature.

At a reasonable cost what else can you ask?

Don’t buy if you like to grill food.
The grill isn’t good at all and if you tend to cook a lot of food in this way, look elsewhere.
