These are great vitamins and great ingredients. I've only been taking them for 2 weeks so I haven't noticed a whole lot of difference. But I will keep taking them and trust the process. I say I haven't noticed any difference in my nails. My nails are very brittle so that's what I'm I'm really hoping for so we will see and they are fat soluble so you have to make sure that you take some fat with them to dissolve them. So take them after a big meal or with a teaspoon of olive oil. I do think it has given me more energy so that's a plus. Also, they are a little bigger pill so if you don't like bigger pills this might not be for you, but I don't have any trouble swallowing it

This brand is a trustable multivitamin according to Consumer Laboratory; however, it's really not necessary for someone who takes other supplements on a daily basis, so I no longer use this product. Also, if you do take other supplements, watch for overlap.
