While the product description seemed appealing when I read about it online, upon receipt, I elected not to open it after determining that it was made outside of the United States. This is no doubt a quality product, but I made a personal decision that it was more important to me to select one which is made in the USA.

Take before bedtime
I take this product before bedtime for acid reflux and I have been off my medication for heartburn/acid reflux. This product has many different herbs included with the Aloe Vera capsule that make it beneficial. I would rather naturally correct my acid reflux than take prescription medication

Bariatric surgery helpful aid
Been taking supplement 4 almost a month now & having Bariatric surgery 11 moths ago my stomach feels better, constipation seems eased, I look forward to seeing if the success of the product continues. I'm satisfied so far though!
