Cambridge Audio SX60 - Pair of Bookshelf Speakers, Passive Hi-Fi & Home Cinema Speakers with 165mm Woofer, 25mm Silk Dome Tweeter, 2-Way Bass Reflex Design, 8 Ohm - Matte Black

Absolutely brilliant pair of Cambridge audio sx60 bookshelf speakers. Beautiful range of bass and tweeters. I've balanced the range to suit my 140 watts amp and it's one powerful sound with all my excellent taste in music. I've heard that Cambridge don't make this model of speakers any more ? So if you are in need of a brilliant pair of new bookshelf speakers at a resonal price grab these you won't be disappointed.

Bought for my mother as Christmas gift. When set up with Technics receiver I was blown away by the quality of sound. Bass and treble are very distinct with vocals crystal clear. Other more expensive speakers may provide better quality but for £250 you cannot go far wrong with these Cambridge Audio. I have a Technics receiver myself and have a pair of QAcoustics playing through but I am seriously considering purchasing these Cambridge Audio as replacements.

My old JPWs having finally given up the ghost after 28 years, I was a bit trepidatious about having to acquire much smaller speakers in order to meet my budget. My apprehensions were proved unfounded though with these gems from Cambridge Audio. A doddle to set up with my existing banana plug speaker cables fitting straight in with no problems whatever, and my (also nearly 30-year old) Creek amp feeding them superbly. With these speakers I'm hearing tiny little micro-sounds from my synth music favourites such as Tangerine Dream and Steve Roach that I've never heard before. I may be taking up the option Cambridge provide (in the box contents) of inserting foam bass tuning bungs into the provided ports as the bass is a little boomy compared to what I'm used to- but that's just personal preference and may be a function of the speaker location. Overall I strongly recommend these speakers.

They sound great. No expect here, but compared to some cheaper speakers, there is a huge difference. Using with Sony STRDH190 Amplifier. No distortion and powers them really well.

Great speakers. They sound amazing for this price level! I highly recommend

Absolutely perfect sound and tone for the money. The best I've heard from a bookshelf speaker 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great speakers. After using Cambridge audio I will never look back.

These speakers sound great, picking up nuances in the music that were lost on my old ones. Small doesn't mean poor reproduction , they are well built and coupled with my elderly Nad 3020e amp and Brennan JB7 sound fantastic.👍

Great sounding speaker to be so inexpensive. Hearing sounds I don't normally hear. Also Crutchfield is the best.
