Really nice chair, both in terms of ascetics and comfort. Solid chair, nice shape and size. When assembling, have an electric screwdriver available with variable force settings.

first one came with box destroyed and missing parts; company sent out a replacement right away...

First chair had a large mark on the cushion. After several messages back and forth, the seller sent a new chair. The new chair had additional holes drilled into the cushion for the sides, which luckily do not show. Several of the pre-drilled screw holes in the chair sides were not completely drilled and one was broken. I really wanted to love this chair, and the seller did the right thing with replacing the first chair, however, this is not a very well made or quality product.

It’s a pretty chair, and I kept debating whether or not I wanted to leave a bad review each time I discovered yet another misaligned hole while assembling it. I somehow managed to put it all together eventually and thought I wouldn’t complain about the issues. But as soon as I turned it over, I realized that the legs might be different in length and the armchair is all wobbly because of it. I won’t be returning it only because I don’t want to deal with dragging this big thing around. I’ll probably stick something to one of the legs to make it a little more stable… but yeah, just keep in mind, that it is not all that well made.

I really love these chairs. Some of the screws were accidentally left out of the original packaging, and the company was great about sending replacements right out. I couldn’t be happier.
