This took me about 30 minutes to install. I am not a plumber, just a DIYer. The instructions were easy to follow and the end result is beautiful. The handles were easy to adjust and the water flow is strong from both the hot and cold. I did remove the handle by loosening the screw on the side of the handle and take off the blue and red rings for hot and cold. That is not mentioned in the instructions. Overall, great purchase for the price and really pleased with the ease of installation and the finished product.

Nicely made, looks nice on our new vanity. Instructions not all that great but with a little common sense pretty easy to put together.

I bought this faucet for my upstairs bathroom and in 3 weeks it broke. A license plumber installed it. The water was running out into the sink and underneath the sink in the cabinet. We didn’t know it was leaking inside the cabinet and ran back into the wall and came through our new ceiling. I emailed the company pictures that the plumber took and a picture of the ceiling. I also emailed them a estimate to get the ceiling fixed. The service rep Joey said his manager can’t do nothing about it because it was a loose aerator. My plumber laughed and said what type of tech do they have. It was not a loose aerator. The best part is they didn’t even refund me money for the faucet Amazon did. Amazon did not get the money back from Homelody. Please buy a Delta or a Moen. Use a company that stands behind there products. Lesson learned.

Our contractor didn’t have issues installing and the faucet looks really nice but when he went to adjust the handles because one wasn’t straight, the tool (Allen wrench included) was the wrong one and didn’t fit. So now we need to find one that will fit so we can straighten the handle.

Installed this in our guest bathroom. The quality is very good. It's perfect for the small bathroom.

I upgraded both of our bathrooms. The first bathroom has one sink and the second (master) has 2. These came with all the necessary parts, clear directions, are high quality, and I would definitely buy more if I had others to replace. Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I went for price when installing new bathroom taps. After 3/1/2 months the cold tap faucet failed. I woke up one morning to find the water running from my tap. Thinking , how could I forget to turn it off BUT when trying to turn it off, it would not do so. Upon checking into the matter I learned the cartridge was defective. So, I decided to replace it .UH!UH! Checking with Home Depot and other similar stores including plumbing shops I learned no one had seen a cartridge like this, practically all plastic as most are brass. So, I have no alternative than to buy a complete new set, 2 taps & a faucet at $200 as I do not wish to have to worry about cheap materials. My situation could have been much worse if the sink drain was closed as apparently the water ran all night. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!
