How long does it last?

I have had several patches on an old favourite Down Jacket for several months now and still holding strong.Just ensure when you stick them on any damaged areas of a jacket the area is clean with no loose down or threads to affect the sticking.Also give the patch a good circular rubbing with your thumb or finger to firmly secure the patch in place.

Can i use this on the inside heel of a trainer?

Hello They adhere well, a couple were used on a North Face down jacket that had a couple of little holes on it. They are thin and blend well with the fabric of the jacket. Sorry, I don't know about footwear repair. Kind regards
