Good quality for the price. A must have for any first aid or trauma kit!
For just over $3.00, it would be silly to pass up a deal like this when you can get these so cheap and keep them on hand in your first aid kit. Some folks have mentioned that they are fragile... I don't get that feeling and working in the nursing field, I use tourniquets every day. They're non-latex so they will stretch differently but I've seen no problems with them snapping. Have used these particular tourniquets twice now, on two separate people and got good results both times. The come rolled up, as seen in the picture, in a small bag. Perfect for throwing in your first aid kit or in your trauma bag. A must have for any survivalist kit.

Great item for a med-kit or EDC
These are awesome tourniquets to have in a med kit. I have one in my vehicle, one in my camping backpack, and one in my shooting range backpack. You never know when you might have an accident and will need to use this to save someone's life or your own. This is also small enough to EDC in your pocket.

I would recommend them for a first aid kit as backup and ...
I order these for an emergency kit I am putting together. They are smaller than I expected. Also I feel they will do what s require to stem blood flow if necessary.. I would recommend them for a first aid kit as backup and rating as a four (4) due to not what I expected.

Not just a tourniquet
I got these to use as fly swatters. They are great to kill flies off the ceiling, or anywhere else too.

They are basically what the lab uses to cut off blood supply when doing a venipuncture.

Not user-friendly for amateurs, but good enough
I am not a trained medical professional, but I have used other types of tourniquets with a lot more ease. If it weren't for the low-cost, I might be a little more critical. It was difficult to tighten the elastic effectively at times and similarly difficult to loosen at the right moments. Sometimes it would loosen on its own making it a little bit of a nuisance to work with. Even after practicing for some time and getting used to the material, it just was not a good fit for me. Others may find it easier to work with, but I did not find this to be an ideal product compared to what's available on the market for medical supplies.I am happy that others have had a much better experience, so I would say to those who are not using these every day, and not a fan of challenging uncooperative plastic things that you must have a flair for using, to best go for a different material all together.
