And after it's opened?** A: It comes in a grip seal bag, and as it is dried out should not spoil like fresh cheese. So it should last quite some time. If you are able to heat seal the bag or keep in a vacuum bag or airtight container then it'll last much longer. Or seal and store in a freezer. Mine came with a 2 year and 2 month date on it.
