Nice cold pack that fits great on my wrist. However, it doesn't stay cold much longer than 15-20 minutes.

Gets warm and gets gold fine but separate 4 sections don't wrap around wrist great.

Great even without the ice pack
I have carpal tunnel so tried this out. It is true that the coldness doesn't last long but it is no shorter period than any other gel pack. I was using this one only with the ice pack and another for just support. I finally removed the ice pack and tried with just the support and found that it is exponentially more supportive than my more expensive one. I love it so much I've purchased a second to leave at work.
