Really good product to give you extra foot arch support, I have them in all my shoes, really worth trying at such a good price.

This really does help if you're that person that your heels hurt alot

Good for arch support, only downside is they lose their stick pretty quickly. One pair wasn't that sticky to begin with so had difficulty placing it where needed.

They don't stay stuck down on every fabric. They do seem to stay put once your feet are in your shoes. Not sure there big enough to help with arch support really.

I bought these to use as part of my recovery from posterior tibial tendon issue. Got to say, these gel foot arch support were a great help. The sticky side secures the pads yo your shoe insole allowing for the comfortable support as stated on the package. And they are also good value for your money.

I had high hopes for these. But they have turned out to be far too firm, and also do not stay stuck to my shoes. Have thrown them away as not fit for purpose.

Ich muss Einlegesohlen aufgrund eines Senk-Spreizfußes tragen. Im Sommer, in offenen Schuhen und Sandalen daher nicht möglich. Um hier eine Alternative zu haben, habe ich mir diese Gelpads bestellt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit. Sie haften auf den Sohlen, ich habe sie in einem Paar Mokassins aber auch UNTER die Innensohle geklebt. Es verrutscht nichts! Auch in offenen Sandalen halten bei mir die Pads. Sollten sie irgendwann den Haftungseffekt verlieren: Klebefläche (Silikon) einfach unter fließenden Wasser säubern und wieder einlegen. Silikon verliert nie seine Haftung ausser wenn die Haftungsfläche verstaubt/verschmutzt ist. Sollte das irgendwann nicht mehr funktionieren, ist Sekundenkleber sicherlich hilfreich. Ich habe mir sofort noch ein 4-er Set bestellt. Frau hat ja mehrere Schuhe. Mein Fazit: Um im Sommer nicht ganz ohne Unterstützung des Fusses laufen zu müssen eignen sich diese Pads sehr gut und meine durchgängigen Einlegesohlen trage ich dann in den Winterschuhen.

If you have plantar fasciitis, avoid this. It hasn't helped my pain at all, and to make matters worse, they refused to let me return it. dose not know why it is not refundouble ? never used if there is less than one star, will choose it

This insole was supposed to stick within shoes but it does not stick well. I stick it in the shoes and hold the shoes vertically and it fell down itself which should not have happened. There is no return option also for this.
