Bought as a study guide for the PMP class, very informative. I like the look of the spiral bound book more, but this one was 30.00 cheaper.

This is the international version which i didn't know when I bought it. But it seems to be the same as the origional. I dont know what the difference is between the two. one is twice the price as this one though. While its the same edition, it just says international on it.

This is alright if you already have the PMBOK and need a guide to it. But if you're just starting out, a little broad and hard to follow.

Very helpful I cracked the PMP

Arrived a day ahead of schedule. And maximized my time to study. Helped me pass first time

I guess it is what it is, so I am giving 3 stars, but I am pretty disappointed with this edition. The one I read previously, the 5th, was full of practical tools that I actually found helpful. This edition, and possible the 6th edition, is mostly theoretical and not immediately applicable without additional knowledge. I guess PMI has just collected too many practical tools to include in one volume so had to pivot? My guess is the PMP exam still asks about many practical applications, some of which are no longer in the PMBOK.
