First of all, I have been looking in the internet for a dress for over a year now. I found this on Amazon and I boughtit because of all the positive reviews this seller has.Still I wasn't 100% sure what I was expecting to receive. The dress arrived 2 days early...I loved that already. It was neatly packed. The fabric is not silk but it looks like beautiful expensive silk. The fabric looked lavendar but depending on the light it can look more pink or more lavender. Its BEAUTIFUL! I bought the medium thinking I should order a size up but no need. If anything the Medium isa little bigger than expected but this works out as I need it for my photostudio and have room to adjust it accordingly. The dress is a cosply dress so you would need to purchase a corset and a big pernier as its not included. But I can assure you that there is no dress out there that will give you this incredible detail and quality of fabric for the money.I am soooo happy and would 100% recomend you to buy this. I am feeling so blessed to have come across this seller. Also know, if you need a different color or style , they will work with you. Just choose the custom option. I am already ordering a second dress , different color and style for next month.A TRUE GEM, SO BUY WITH CONFIDENCE!

I absolutely ADORE this dress! The quality far surpassed my expectations. This dress definitely runs large—order a size down. By the measurement chart, I should have worn a 2xl; however, when the 2 xl arrived, it was huge on me. I exchanged it for an xl and it fit like a glove. The details are amazing, and the color is magical—is it pink? Is it purple? Is it lavender? It shifts in the light and pictures do not do it justice. You will need to order a pannier petticoat and a traditional corset to give you the perfect shape. I received so many compliments on my dress—people thought I paid hundreds of dollars for it. The dress is also surprisingly easy to wear—it wasn’t stiff or itchy. I didn’t want to take it off once I was back home. I really felt like royalty. You will not regret ordering this dress!

Arrived two days after I ordered - Christmas week during COVID! Shocked to receive it so soon. Colour is gorgeous. I took the advice of the other reviewers and ordered a size down. I'm 5-5" and 142 lbs. Small was a good fit. Took a while to find the zipper - on the right side. I'm wearing it over a pannier (sideways cage bustle), a petticoat and Elizabethan corset, which does not come with the dress. You really do need the proper foundation garments to make this look good, but these are available online at good prices.

Asked for my measurements but the dress came completely wrongly sized. I am a medium sized dress and the size that came was fitting like a 2XL. Even the arms where huge, like they started with a 2XL size and then didn’t alter correctly. It was also way too long even if I put the petticoat cage in. I told them my height. It looked like it came direct from China. There was Chinese handwriting on the bag. Also, although the fabric looked better being turned inside out satin, it was a little bit like cheating to make the fabric look more expensive. It worked and did make the material appear more expensive, but I noted it appeared to be inside out satin material. I don’t like satin for costumes because I feel satin looks cheap. But it was turned inside out so it wasn’t shiny. I would really like the dress for a costume party but not sure if I would risk trying to buy it again since it’s a third party seller and not Amazon prime. They did cover the cost of the return since they messed up the measurements but it wasn’t super easy communication. I had to call Amazon to message them and nobody ever called me to talk in person about it.

For the $$ this is so great.. It was about 8 inches to long we had to hem it, but i would rather have that option than to short... and it was a little big in the neck we modified it to fit better. Was so excited to wear this to a living history program program about the Revolutionary War before covid ruined everything. Hopefully next year I will get to show it off... I will add a photo when i get to wear it.

This dress is FANTASTIC. It’s well worth the money. The quality is amazing, too. It does run very, very large. I wear a size 12 and originally ordered a size XXL, which was ginormous. I exchanged it for a medium which fit perfectly if not a little too snug (I’m planning to shrink myself a bit by the time I need to wear the dress for the annual Versailles ball in May). If you’re on the fence, go for it. I did a ton of research before settling for this gown and I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. It is a bit long so you’ll need to wear heels or hem it (you can cheat with hem tape - wink)!

This is a beautiful costume. It is heavy and I would say that it is more of a theater quality. You definitely need the pannier slip to go underneath. I will say this it is long. I had to wear high heeled boots and pin up the bottom of the front panel (I can't sew) so that I wouldn't trip and I am nearly 5'8". I enjoyed my Halloween stint as Marie Antoinette and received many compliments.

This an absolutely gorgeous gown. I don’t call it a costume because I’ve gotten costumes before and those are cheap material and just disappointing. This dress does NOT disappoint. The fabric is stunning. It shimmers in the light. The dress is lined. It is very heavy like a gown. I love everything about it—except how it fits me. I’m 5’5” 145 with small shoulder and legs butI have a big waist of 32 inches. I ordered the large bc I was worried about not being able to zip it at the waist. It’s always my problem area. This dress has plenty of room everywhere. I’ve tried pinning the sides, the bodice, and the shoulders but it’s just doesn’t look good with all those changes. It’s because the dress is so beautifully made. It’s made to be the size it is! I would recommend this dress over and over to anyone who would listen to me. I can’t say enough about it. If you are deciding between two sizes I would order both and return the one that doesn’t fit. Because once you see this dress you WILL want to wear it!! Also. (Order the undergarment pannier. It’s a must to have the hips. Although it’s very princessy on its own.)
