Breathe Fresh Air Purifier w/UV, Ozone Generator, Ionizer Odor Reducer, PCO Filtration Cleaning

Amazing results out of this little unit. We had a tenant evicted and she left the 1,500 square foot duplex a mess. She had 4 dogs, a cat, and 2 kids. I don't believe she ever cleaned anything. After vacuuming, scrubbing carpets with a rug Doctor, using sodium bicarbonate the place still smelled fowl.I bought this little unit as a last resort. Set it up in the worst smelling room which is a medium sized bedroom for two hours came back to find the smell was completely eradicated. Did the same for all other rooms and the place smells great.After some research I found that your best bet to have this unit be as effective as possible is to seal the area and put the unit as high as you can because O3 is a heavier gas than room air so it tends to sink. Also use an oscillating fan to help blow it around.I can't wait to take this to my 40 year old musty camp and see what it does there.Overall the unit is effective and made fairly well. I don't know how it will hold up for the long run primarily because the timer is cheap but it's working great for me right now.

Works great. Eliminates odors. Leaves a temporary slight machine smell for a day or two. Hard to describe, but the closest thing to the machine smell is the scent of hot water you get when ironing clothes with a steam iron. If you run it a few times, bad smells seem to be gone for good and not come back. I recently used it on a rental house with horrible dog smell. After 2 carpet cleanings, it still smelled like a skunk that crawled out of the butt of another skunk. I ran this a few times and the smell was mostly gone. Well worth the price.

This is a powerful product that really works, but it can be very dangerous if not used properly. Ozone in high concentrations is very dangerous. After all, you are using it to kill mold, bacteria, etc that cause the odors. That said, I've used it to clean out 10 years of awful odors from my college age daughters car, cleared the musty smell in our basement, and even used it in the kitchen when I over cooked something that was smoking. Just remember, set the timer (if it works - mine does but feels cheap), seal the room off by closing the door, keep room sealed for an hour at least after turning off, then ventilate with fresh air. Just open the door and use a fan if necessary. This has worked wonderfully for me.

This is great for getting rid of odors, especially smoke. The room smells a bit funny after use, but that goes away soon and leaves a fresh smell - smoke odors gone!Update: I have been using this for awhile now, and I still absolutely love this little powerful, yet compact unit. It deodorizes and eliminates most every bad odor imaginable - Dust, Cigarette/Cigar Smoke, Pet Odors, Water Damage, Smoke/Fire Damage, Cooking Smells, Paint/Cleaning Solvents and Fumes, and other airborne irritants. It also kills Airborne Viruses/Bacteria/Germs and removes allergens such as pollen. This machine does not mask odors it removes them from your air, and it can be used in the car (with an extension cord), too!It is low maintenance, there are no filters to clean, and I love that it has a timer. I just turn it on in my office before bed for 40 minutes or so, it shuts itself off, and the room is completely fresh in the morning when I come back in. This product has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone - especially smokers, those with allergies, and anyone with sensitivity to smells. What a great buy! I'm extremely happy I purchased this.

OK, this thing really is like a miracle. I spent a good eight hours cleaning every inch of my car from the carpeting under the seats to all the hard surfaces to the headliner to remove the cigarette smell. I sprinkled baking soda, vacuumed it up and dowsed everything with Febreeze. It smelled better, but in the hot July sun the cigarette smell came back QUICKLY because it was in the foam in the seats and the headliner that I couldn't reach. I bought this product, ran it for two hours and the smoke smell is completely gone. It has been replaced with a faint bleach smell, which has dissipated over time. I might need to run the machine again, which is fine because it can go 5000 hours before changing the plate.I did a lot of research on ozone generators before I bought this one. You can rent one for about $100 for two days in my area. This was a much better deal. The machine came ready to use out of the box with easy instructions and a handy common questions and answers card right on top. It has a customer service phone number and email that you can contact with a quick response time. Overall great machine, great company, you can't go wrong with this product

I just purchased this item and have used it once. I set the timer for 40 minutes before I left for work. When I returned about 9 hours later, my apartment smelled like it had been freshly laundered. My apartment is under 750 feet, and is fairly open space wise, with two floors. I placed the purifier on the first floor, and it did freshen up the second floor, though I am going to test it again upstairs. Be sure to open cabinets and closets if you want to freshen them, as well. I will test the purifier again by using it when I leave for a weekend away to see how it performs with my air and heat turned off.

The air cleaner quit working after 10 months. It is nice to have a warranty but a warranty is not any good if you can't reach the company to exercise the warranty. I have used ozone air cleaners for years, this is the worst one ever. When I go to my orders and click on it it shows a completely different air cleaner & states, Currently Unavailable. I would suggest that you purchase from a company that is available to honor their warranty.

The Air Purifier sure does generate Ozone. The jury is still out on if it eliminates the cat urine smell I purchased it for. After using it several times the odor is less just after use, but the weird Ozone smell is prominent. Evacuate the area immediately after starting the machine and wait At LEAST 2 hours before returning. Also, ventilate well before occupying the area (i.e. follow the directions). Timer on the unit works ok. I checked after each use to ensure the timer was working. The plug is a tight fit in the back of the unit. so push it in hard.
