I won't go into too much detail, but I could not live without this product! My doctor told me about it when I explained how difficult it was on my back and body to sit in a small amount of water in the bathtub every single day. I do not use the hose attachment because when I am done, I use a peri bottle to give myself a good rinse hoping to avoid any urinary tract infections.

Form and function.. Works xlnt on my elongated toilet.. Revovering from hemorrhoidectmy and this sitz tub is a god send.. I used my bath tub for the first week, and what it hassle it was.. I only wish I would have bought it before I had surgery..

I'm 5' and about 120lbs. I got this bath to use with a porta-pot as my doctor recommended twice daily sitz baths for anal fissures, and I didn't want to fill a tub or sit in my small bathroom, fan going (if I want the light on) for half an hour or more daily. I can sit in front of my PC or watch TV while taking care of business with this set-up. The bath fits nicely over the seat of the potty, though one of the "lifters" broke off and the others are bent now. Not sure why they are even on there, except maybe to make the bath more stable?? I actually tried to remove the remaining tabs, but ironically, they were too hard to take off, and it works fine until those eventually pop off too (you can see from the picts that it sits elevated from the seat a bit). When I sit down carefully, the seat snuggles down in and is fine. Not sure how a much heavier person would fare with this set-up... I inadvertently sat with the bath on top of the lower frame that holds the pot underneath once, as opposed to the seat being down, and got a shock when the bucket popped out and hit the floor! I was glad the bath and I didn't follow! The bath came with a bag that you can fill with water and add during the soak to try to keep the water warm while soaking, but I threw it away after one use. I get the water plenty warm to last the 15 minutes or so, and to clean/dry out that bag would be darn near impossible anyway!

It's extremely comfortable , easy to use and convenieny. Great for someone who doesn't want or have room for a bidet.

This was exactly what I needed. I was worried that it wouldn’t fit my toilet I have an elongated Toto toilet and it fits perfect. It comes with a bag which is a kind awkward to use but I used it but I found after the first time it wasn’t necessary because your bottom hangs in the bowl and that’s all you really need. Make sure use a thermometer to get the temperature correct because you don’t want it too hot but if you do heat the water too much it cools off pretty soon. I would definitely recommend this product

I gave a 3 star because it does not fit the toilet well. Other than that would of gave a 5 star. Can be a little deeper. My booty keep getting a bit heated. Can not get comfortable sitting or will feel that heat on it booty. Have to sit up still. But was a great steam overall. The bag helps keep the water hot. It's ok wouldn't really recommend it.

Sadly, or not haha, I did not get to use it. Since I ended up with a c-section, I did not have to use this or the salts. Either way the produc itself is amazing and I know that I will use it eventually. It us sturdy, comfortable to sit on (tried it before delivery) and very easy to clean. If you expect a natural birth, I recommend it!

Fits easily into my elongated toilet, has a nice overflow feature so that any excess water goes in the toilet. Easy to empty and the bag is easy to fill and does not leak. Has an opening to feed the tub through and clips to hold the tube in place, if you choose to use it. I have also used it by just adding a tablespoon of epson salts and filling with warm water. It's a device you hope you never need, but if you do, it's a comfort to have one that works so well. Very good value for the price.
