This ceiling fan, chandelier combo is beautiful and sooooo practical. The motor is quiet and the air flow is remarkable considering the uniqueness of the blades. Let's talk about the remote and the 3 different light options! The remote has the light amd fan speed options as well as a TIMER! HOW can this piece of art be so beautiful, functional AND convenient? It takes a while to assemble, that's a pain. 1 chain of crystals is lower than the others, and I see that particular string of crystals should be in the center. I'll adjust that and will continue to appreciate its beauty and charm. This is perfect for the master bedroom of our renovated, southern historic mansion. LOVE THIS!!!!! I can't believe I paid less than $300 for this. I would pay 3x that knowing what I know now. Great value and excellent performance. It doesn't rock, has silent operation, the crystals don't click-clack and it's just gorgeous w the sunlight refractions. I couldn't be happier. Assembly is a pain but it's so worth it. 💓

This fan is very pretty, although was a trick to install. My hubby is very handy and has done various home projects over many years- yet was somewhat frustrated by the SHORT screws (he said if they'd been 1/4" longer the job would've been much easier- he eventually went to the garage at several stages of the job to get his own screws). Other than the lack of instructions and short screws, the fan is installed and is LOVELY. It runs quietly. The blades retract completely when off. The timer is just what we needed - to turn off in a few hours (it is adjustable 2,4,8 hours). I've enjoyed showing it off to friends and they're also impressed. One more thing- hanging the crystal balls was SO easy- about a year ago we'd replaced the master bathroom light w/ similar style light and that one was a super tricky chore. This fan had wire pins to poke through and fold over- easily done after the fan was on the ceiling. Very happy with my new fan!

Super bright! Works superb. The Fan is very quiet. The written instructions are limited, to put it nicely, but another review mentioned an installation video. I requested one from the seller on Amazon, and they sent a link to one that didn't work on you tube. I sent back this information, but while I was waiting for a corrected link, I searched YouTube and found what I needed. They were very timely on sending the link however. I would say less than an hour. When I finish this review, I am now going to purchase another one for my other bedroom!

Don’t buy this! This beautiful chandelier arrived quickly. I was very disappointed to open the crystals and find that out if over 60 crystals only 5 were not chipped, or scratched. They were packaged loosely and without any type of bubble wrap to protect them. I contacted seller and was told to send pics so they could submit to inventory . I tried but site wouldn’t let me upload. They did respond quickly and promised new crystals in 4-6 days. Since we had someone to put up chandelier we figured we would do it and add on crystals later. He’s not an electrician but quickly and successful had put up a few fixtures for me, including a chandelier. It was not an easy task because instructions were very poor. He watched a few YouTube videos that helped., but still it took longer than usual. This fan has remote control and LED lighting so it was more complicated than expected. We tested and everything worked fine. Then another huge disappointment the actual chandelier part did not fit around the base of the fan. It was too small to comfortably attach to it. Therefore we could not finish the job . I had wanted to avoid sending the whole thing back but looks like I may have to . I sent another message to seller.Update: We finally got the chandelier part up. We had to bend the metal clips with pliers to adjust screw and secure. We took that makeshift option instead of repacking and sending it back. If it had been flush this would have been necessary. It is a beautiful piece, can’t wait for crystals to complete .

It’s beautiful I had it installed it in my bedroom. Bright light wish it had a dimmer. However I live in a condo and the light helps to locate anything I need. The fan is wonderful. My only complaint is how to clean the blades, as a Senior I have to use a ladder, which my doctor recommends that I not do. It needs a way for the blades to spread out without power for cleaning the blades

This a beautiful fan, I love all about it. I am giving 3 stars because the item was delivered to an Amazon warehouse and they showed it like it was delivered at the address I sent it to. When I tracked it was at a place 2 hours away from the house. The worst was that the seller sent me an email directing me to check with my neighbors. Very dissatisfied with this , but the item is beautiful.

Exactly as described, looks really nice and elegant, 3 lighting modes which is really geat, easy to install, price is really good

The mounting of the unit was a breeze - however, the installation of the 50+ acrylic cut balls was more than I expected. in addition, the light function on the remote forces you to cycle through each of the light options each and every time before you reach the desired setting - so there's no way to set your light preference (warm, daylight, bright) - They missed the mark on this as it takes away from the overall satisfaction of the light/fan combo !
