Pink Rose
It was cute and small. My wife loves having tea time with the sisters. It will be of her new pink collection.

It’s NOT US-6-cups...
This product claims 6-cups, but it is NOT 6-American Cups. Maybe 4.5-cups. Do Europeans have different cup measurements?

QUALITY CONTROL!
Can't say to much about this item....before the the box was over the threshold I could hear the jangle of broken items. Another write off for a Christmas gift.

Great value-priced teapot
I bought one of these Amsterdam teapots from a tea store as part of a larger purchase. It was cheap and a pretty shade of mauve, so why not try it out? Surprisingly, this actually works pretty well despite the price. I've been using it as my only pot for several months now and am pretty pleased. I'm shopping for a few of the other colors now.It isn't made of that soft bisque that some decorative pots are, the spout doesn't dribble as various others have, and the handle is comfortable to hold and proportional to the pot. The size is just right if you want to drink a few mugfuls of tea over the course of the evening. It isn't so large that it needs multiple bags every time you brew tea unless the tea itself is on the weak side. This pot probably doesn't retain heat as well as the classic English-made teapots (I haven't done any tests), but it works well enough. Cleaning the inside isn't too big a deal. If there's some scummy tea buildup that won't come off, try soaking it in a vinegar-water solution.Note: This is a teaPOT, not a tea KETTLE and is only for brewing and serving tea. There are some weird reviews for a few other pots on Amazon where people tried using it as the latter. This is absolutely not meant to be used on the stove! Try heating your water in either a metal stovetop kettle or an electric kettle.
