These drops are even better than what I got from a previous company.The Vitamin D is in olive and MCT oil, and as Vitamin D is fat soluble, the oils help, Vitamin D needs to be taken with a source of fat.I take these drops because of the vitamin K2 included, because Vitamin K2 works together with Vitamin D3 to absorb it.The Vitamin K2 included in these drops is the MK-7, the best form of Vitamin K2.Most people in the UK are Vitamin D deficient, (just as most people are magnesium deficient) even more so those with darker skin tones.It seems to have helped with joint pain that I had, the pain is still there, but it has reduced. I've been using for 3 weeks now. I can't tell the effectiveness because I was taking a tablet form of Vit D before. I've had no side effects or difference in my health so I assume it's working.I'm not a fan of tablets so the liquid is perfect for me

Good vitamins, they remind me the one I used get when i was little. I might be wrong but i think my LO appetite has slightly increased maybe because of the vitamins. Nice smell
