Dear Clark Smoothing Elixir, 4 oz

I first purchased the Dear Clark Smoothing Elixir at the salon in Dallas. It is a great product, and I gave the remainder of my tube to my daughter. She ran out, and when I ordered it online for her from this vendor, the product she received was not the same.Instead of a gel, it was a watery substance that did not perform the same as the original. I don’t know what they did, but I returned it.

So glad this product is back on Amazon!! It is exactly the consistency it’s supposed to be and works great on my hair. I’m a huge fan of all the Dear Clark products and am a client at the salon. I see Dear Clark at Whole Foods but not this product. Thanks for bringing it back!!

This used to be a great product, but we ordered it again and these are horrible. They're not the same product that we got before. This stuff was runny, had a weird smell and was unusable. I'm not sure if this is a new formula, or a fluke but this is unacceptable and a waste of our money. What a shame because my husband really liked this stuff and we ordered 2 bottles.

The product I received was so watery that it's impossible to put it in my hair. When I was in the salon I asked them what it's supposed to be like and they showed me- it's much thicker than what was sent to me. The Dear Clark line is great usually, but in this instance I'm unable to use the product at all.

This is a pretty good styling product if you have wavy hair that frizzes in the humidity. While it does not prevent my hair from getting curly, it does keep it a bit smooth and has a decent hold after blow-drying, as a gel.
