Maori Religion and Mythology Paperback – August 29, 2015

Unfortunately, the beginning of this book is plagiarized from another author. I have the other book, it predates this one, and has become public domain due to its age.I have heard this is a common issue with some of Amazon's books, no one is keeping track of who wrote what, and like many there areas, books that are now public are being stolen and repackaged under another authors name and sold as such. I will be much more careful from now on and will be checking for plagiarism as best as I can.

A very solid overview while it presents little in depth analysis. Easy to read. Perhaps the best available source in English

Unnecessarily verbose, pontificating, painful to read and at the end of it...very little actual content, certainly not as far as Maori religion or it's history. I have never left a less than stellar review before, but sorry, I just don't think I can in good conscience, recommend this read.

I Enjoy reading this type of subject.The People closest to the truth get taken advantage of the most.Read Treaty of Waitangi !
