I’ve been using Nuun Sport Electrolyte Tablets during my workouts, and they’ve made a noticeable difference in my hydration and endurance. If I am blasting up a mountain on my bike I will cramp after awhile if I don't use these. I don't love the price but I do love the form factor. They dissolve quickly and completely, nice and easy. They do release bubbles so you get some pressure in your bottle for the first minute but no fizziness. I've been a heavy user this year and they keep my electrolytes where I need them to be, perfectly effective and no cramps.

I have used this product regularly for the last two years and have no issues with it. Got Covid and this literally saved me from dehydration for the month I was bedridden with high fever and unable to eat or drink often. I was very surprised about the negative reviews that I was reading they seem to encompass three things. The first is that the product formulation has changed, I am also an Amazon seller and an avid fan of Amazon purchasing and I have noticed that in my capacity as business manager that due to supply chain issues things are constantly going in and out of stock or the product is changing. I’ve tasted the old one and I’ve tasted the new one and I have no complaints.The second issue people note most often is that their package is damaged. This is because of Amazon delivery as well as the Amazon warehouses. You can pack it as well as you like and the fact of the matter is 100s of pounds of boxes are placed on top of some thing that is typically packed into a bubble mailer it will break. Is this the company‘s fault no. The fault lies with Amazon once again.The third frequent complaint that I was reading in my research involves taste. This is not Gatorade with its 28 to 40 g of sugar. At most this product has 2 g of sugar compared to other hydration solutions that have anywhere from 8 g of sugar to 11 g of sugar. It does contain Stevia which gives a little bit of sweetness but if you are looking for a product that taste like Gatorade you should buy Gatorade. It won’t help you with your hydration all that much and it will raise your blood sugar into unhealthy levels but Gatorade is definitely sweet. This is a type of medicine and should be treated as such. If you are strictly Keto yes you shouldn’t eat any sugar, add any amount of sugar will cause you to start craving things. Not the best choice for intermittent fasting especially if you’re only eating one meal a day. However for the rest of us who are taking a sensible diet and exercise plan instead of frequently starving our body and putting it into a state of shock it is a fantastic tool in the hydration arsenal. I love it because I can take these tablets with me on vacation and there’s no messy packets that burst at awkward opportunities. It’s a lot smaller than hydration packets are typically so that is a big point of convenience to me and I keep one on me all of the time in my purse in just a little plastic bag just in case I’m on the road and I need it . My entire family uses this regularly for hot days or days where we are outside for a good portion of the day, camping, fishing, vacations. There are people who will complain about anything but as a consumer I have nothing to complain about with this hydration solution.

These are good hydration tablets, I normally use them after I run. I put them in my water bottle and close the lid, but this is where you need to watch out. Since they are pressed tablets they release a bit of carbonation when dissolving, not enough to carbonate and make the water fizzy. But enough to create pressure in your bottle. A few times some of my water has come out of the straw on my bottle when flipping it up because of the pressure created.

The best hydration out there. Dissolves easily after a minute or two. The flavors sometimes aren’t the best but I love the way it makes me feel after!

These are a great remedy for a hangover or after an intense workout (gym people like to party - that's why we go to the gym fyi). The added effervescence is a game changer. I suppose I had to try the variety pack to figure out that I only like half of these flavors. Fruit punch tastes a little soapy to me, and the tropical punch and tri-berry have a saccharin aftertaste imo. I really like the other flavors, though, and will be ordering those separately.
