Thus drone is a lot of fun. My kids charges it up and as soon as its ready plays until the batteries die again. We enjoying playing with the drone as well.

Update: The company reached out to me and offered me not only replacement blades but another drone. On top of that, I received a hand written note emphasizing how they prioritize customer satisfaction. This company's customer service goes way above and beyond. It was fun for a few hours, but one of the blades broke when the kids were playing with it. The motion response time was kind of poor, and they were having a hard time keeping it from bouncing off the walls and ceiling. I guess it did it one time too many, and it bounced off the walls, shot to the ceiling, and then did a spinning dive onto the floor, hitting the coffee table in the process. One of the blades broke. We looked in the package hoping to find more, but there wasn't any. I've tried finding replacement blades and a tiny screwdriver too, but no one sells blades for this model. It was fun for a bit, but kind of disappointing it didn't last longer.

Revised review: After some bad luck with my first Force1 Scoot and a broken prop on the second one, I was ready to walk away from this drone. But the company was tirelessly committed to making it right for me. They sent me a replacement and an extra set of props. Then, when USPS failed to deliver the package, they sent ANOTHER package! They included a hand written thank you note and followed through every step of the way. Bravo! You've proved that customer service is alive and well. I look forward to many fun flights! Thank you. ____________________________________________ The first one I bought stopped working within the first two weeks of using it. And then a blade snapped off the second one I got as a replacement, on the first flight! The battery life is weak and it's very noisy. On the plus side, the flip trick is fun when you can get it to work. Do not recommend.

Update 5/16/22: Their customer support got back to me and they did a great job addressing my concerns and were very helpful and apologetic about the experience. They were able to provide a new set of propellers for me to replace the one that broke and included a hand written card apologizing as well as a new unit as well to make up for the first one. Our son has been really excited to play with it again. It's understandable that bad things like this happen once in a while. They made up for it with great customer service - I really appreciate their effort to make me feel supported. Original Review: This broke after a week of minimal use. The glowing LEDs around the outside became detached right away. Was able to reattach those with just some tape. But, then one of the rotor blades broke. Obviously won't fly now. Can't believe it doesn't come with replacement blades. Would be $0.10 to include a set of blades for when they inevitably break. Contacted support and warranty. Haven't heard back from either yet.

Worked until the battery died we charged it and we could never control it again after that

It seemed super fun until my daughter tried to make it flip and it sucked up her hair and matted it up so bad it had to be slowly ripped out. I figured putting her hair in a braid would make this not happen again, but it flew into her hair again and sucked up her bangs this time. Battery dies within 5 min every time we use it as well. So we charged it for 3 hours to be able to use it for 5 min and then have to put it on the charger again. Avoid this product if you have anyone in your house with hair. Wasted my money on this one.

Brought it for my nephew and he loved it. I charged it up before I gave it to him. It took a LONG time to charge up. But it operated perfectly..It would be good if it had actual an instruction booklet in addition to the scan code that takes you on line to the instructions. But my nephew loved it.

My son loved this toy !
