Will my cat break this if she bats at it on hardwoods?

I run this on tiles everyday playing with my cat, he swats/slaps it all the time and it hits my concrete walls and wooden cupboard. The plastic cover does make a scary sound when it hits against the wall etc but it holds, so far so good. Its plastic so it may eventually break depending on your use but its sufficiently durable
