With cheaper sets, the different straps often feel like they have the same resistance, and none seem all that difficult. This is definitely a serious set of bands, and the strap carabineers are solid. Nothing cheap about this entire set.

I loved these resistance band. Perfect for the exercises I was doing. I’d recommend them to anyone. They were easy to set up on the door as well and I loved the door warning to hang on the door, as some family members can’t remember not to open it.

Product as described. Pamplet that comes with it has some basic exercises to get started. I'm pretty aggressive with these resistance bands and they seem pretty durable. I lift 25lb weights frequently, and I would argue that the 25lb resistance bands are more like 15-20. So I'd up a weight level if you're replacing weights. But it's very lightweight and easy to use. Remember to use the door attachment with a door that cannot open towards you. Otherwise you could easily get hurt (like I did). Just a heads up!

This is a very good set. It has good quality, and easy to use it to exercise your arms and legs. It’s weight is adjustable by add bands together. I used it for more than a week, and I think it is very useful. Highly recommend!

Have only been using this for about 2 weeks and it's holding up well. Don't see signs of stress. The handles are nice and provide a good grip. Wish it was a little longer. I've only been using it to do bicep curls. Don't feel comfortable stretching the bands too far since I had a different brand of bands snapped on me before.

The resistance bands are great! So easy to use especially when working out at home and on the go. So versatile and adds to the workout! Would definitely recommend and would buy again! Well made product!

These resistance bands seem to be of good quality. I like having handles rather than having to hold the thin bands. Nice amount of resistance.

Being a full figured girl, I needed something durable and easy to use. I really like the fact it was thick, I didn't want one of those thin things. It works especially when you're not as mobile as you was in your youth. My balance has gotten better and I'm able to do full stretch exercises without killing myself. I would recommend it to anyone, especially if they are not as mobile as they was in there youth.
