These look so cool! I'm glade I got them. The twinkle light effect is neat! The design to take apart and put together is atrociously bad! If you want to change the bulb, take a couple shots of your favorite alcoholic beverage, you're going to need it. Mounting to my house was a piece of cake.

We bought these and the 18 in versions to use on our front and side of our house. They seem well made and are plenty bright. The bulbs will be a pain to change when they die but that doesn't happen often.

My painter took down old lights, and said he could put up new lights I purchased. When it came time to install, after spending some time with lights he decided I would be better off getting an electrician to install. (A little too difficult for him.) Luckily my brother is an electrician and was visiting for holidays.I purchased 4 lights for front of house. Unfortunately, the glass insert for the lantern was broken for the last light he was to install. It was not obvious until he started de-assembling the light for installation. That's right, the light comes fully assembled when shipped, but it must be de-assembled to be installed. At minimum, one needs to remove the bubble wrap that is around the glass insert in the assembled light. So, one light is not fully installed. All I need is a glass insert, but the only way to get the part is to return the entire light. No manufacturer information included in light and I would much prefer to just get the glass insert resent! No option there. Anyway, my replacement light also came with the glass insert broken. In this case, probably fault of Amazon. The box for new light was marked fragile & do not drop all over the box. This box was put into a much larger box with a bit of paper packing material around the sides for protection, and no indication that it was fragile. As soon as I picked up the big box from the porch, I could hear the rattling of the broken glass.I will provide an update and pictures once I get the last light wrapped, but for now I must wait until the next replacement light arrives. With 3 lights already installed, I'm in this until we get the last light up and set. It's just taking a bit longer than expected. One note-- I have had many neighbors comment that they love the look of the lights that are installed. They really do look gorgeous!UPDATE: 3rd time a charm. Got the last light with glass intact, so the work is finally done. The lights do look wonderful on the house. It just took more time than planned to complete work. Please note that we applied caulk around wall plate after install to close gaps / stabilize light against the stucco.

I had to use the existing mounting brackets, but with a modification to the bracket and few washers, they were installed in about an hour or so. They look beautiful on the front of the house against a light colored gray pained brick. All metal construction, no plastic...worth the money.

I really like the look of these lights. Can’t say anything about installation since I had them installed but they used the LED bulbs that came in the box (even though the description says bulbs not included they were) and they are horrible. They put off almost no light at night. Other than that I really like them. Not looking forward to changing the bulbs though.

LIGHTS LOOK GOOD, BUT MATERIAL IS VERY CHEAP. I RECEIVED IT WITH BROKEN GLASS. SO I RETURNED IT BACK, STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY BACK. I RETURNED IT WITH IN 7 DAYS. WAITING TO HEAR FROM SELLER.
