Highly recommended !!!
My boyfriend bought these bands for me after I kept on begging him for relief from my early pregnancy symptoms. My symptoms were so bad, I called out sick to work twice. I was extremely nauseous and vomited SEVERAL times throughout the day during my fourth and fifth week. I am an RN and believe medicine so I was very tempted in getting an order of Zofran from my physician. Good thing I didn't have to take any medication that may have possibly put my baby at risk!! I got the band on Wednesday evening and by Thursday morning my symptoms were 100% better!! This band may not work for all women, however for the cost and the price of trying to grow a drug-free healthy baby I highly recommend giving it a try. I've been wearing the bands for five days and I'm completely satisfied. I'm not saying my symptoms have completely disappeared, I am pregnant and expect feel a little discomfort. But I'm not vomiting which is wonderful!! I only take the bands off when I shower and quickly put them back on. For any new pregnant mom with symptoms of "morning sickness" ( all day sickness ) I recommend giving these bands a try. I read a few of these reviews shocked to see how many women prefer to take drugs over just trying something homeopathic that won't hurt the growing fetus. I hope this was helpful :-)

Miracle Bands
These bands are little miracle workers! While aesthetically they may not be winning any awards and, yes, they can get a little itchy with prolonged wear; That really is of little to no concern when the alternative is needing to lie down 24/7 so as not to loose what little food/ drink you’ve been able to consume because even basic functions leave your stomach turning. (Don’t even get me started on what one thinks about their fashion choices while feeling this way.) As with my first, I am determined to consume as little medication as possible so these were my go to and I’m beyond pleased with the results! While they haven’t completely eliminated my nausea it’s greatly reduced it to the point where I can function again. I still rest as often as possible, hydrate, and eat many small meals throughout the day to help but I’m off the couch and have managed to complete most of my everyday tasks. I was even hungry today and didn’t just have to force myself to eat! I’ve been putting them on first thing in the morning, before my nausea really starts and have been wearing them all day long. I do take them off before bed so my wrists can get a break. Definitely worth every penny!

Made me feel sicker
I have had two pregnancies with particularly severe nausea- my second and my fifth. I had tried these my second pregnancy, but I couldn't find them (probably because I chucked them) so I bought them again when I was sick as a dog this fifth time. (Pregnancy amnesia? Totally couldn't remember if they worked at all). They actually made me feel worse and I am pretty sure I was applying them in the right place. I hung in there for a few days, it was awful. Plus, my wrists are thin to normal size, yet they left deep marks and were pretty tight. I know I won't dissuade you, if you are like me and so sick you are willing to throw money at any solution, and who knows, maybe they might work? But if you are actively throwing up every day, I highly recommend getting zofran from your provider. It gave me at least a two hour break from gagging twice a day. The good news? My nausea went into the realm of average to normal after a few weeks. Good luck. Sip vitamin water, nibble crackers, suck on life savers, stay away from things that smell like cat poop , baby poop, trash cans, or meats. And sleep a lot if you can. Because a 24 hour day is only 6 hours long if you spend 18 hours unconscious.

Good while it lasted..
These were purchased for my pregnant wife who currently believes that whomever coined the term "morning sickness" should be subjected to torture for leading her to believe her nausea would be diminishing by the afternoon. Needless to say her supportive husband (that would be me) has been searching for anything to give her relief. While ginger ale and mint and ginger root have all failed... I purchased these and to my delight my wife reported feeling much better! And the effects were fast and the positive feedback continued for almost two full days. I don't really know if there's any even quasi-science behind these but when you're in this situation does it really matter if it works? I'd say not. Here's the downside.. they are mostly held tight by a lightweight elastic that doesn't last very long. Within a couple days my wife's tiny wrists had stretched them out to a point where they no longer put any real pressure on her wrists, pressure and effectiveness gone. I tried running them through the dryer to shrink them (as this works with every item of clothing I didn't mean to dry) to no avail.. I will be searching for the next fix as soon as possible.

They really work, need to be washed often, do not wear too long.
I feel mixed about these. They seemed to work in the beginning of my nausea. However as time wore on I became desperate for them all day and they started to stink. Machine washing them is easy and won't damage them. Only thing is after a month of constant use they did start to hurt. My wrists seem to tire easily even without them on like it may have constricted blood to my carpels in my wrists. As far as I know, it really worked about 9 out of 10 times. I put them both on according to directions. After about 4 weeks into my nausea my nausea seemed to have peaked and the bands stopped working for me. When I didn't wear them to bed I would wake up and puke, so I am pretty sure I wore them too long every day. I would recommend getting a couple pairs to alternate and allow you to wash them often. Down side is, you really can't wear them all the time. After I hit my second trimester I just let myself puke since I have used them too long for comfort, and always have tired wrists now.

They really work!
After about 2-3 days of wearing the bands, my nausea is completely gone. Nothing else before this worked. When the elastic isn’t as tight, I will buy more, even if I have to wear all throughout my pregnancy.

These must be for small children
Way too tight. They cut off my wrist blood supply! Keep in mind - I weigh 96 lbs and have extra small wrists- still too small. And they’re not stretching at all.

I feel like a human being again
Around week 8 the nausea hit pretty hard and it laid me the eff out, I’m talking can’t get off the couch, even thinking of food made me sick to my stomach, simple things like walking my dog were just not happening. This was all while taking B6 and Unisom plus eating small meals frequently. So I was willing to try anything to make me feel like a living, functioning human being again. I had low expectations for these to work and I initially thought they weren’t doing anything but kept them on for a couple hours anyway. Wouldn’t ya know it but I actually started to feel the nausea dissipate! I don’t know if this is just the placebo effect or what, but relief is relief. I can get up and do things without feeling like crap. I wouldn’t say it got rid of all of my nausea but I’m at like a 3 versus a 10 on the nausea scale with the bands on, and can definitely feel the queasiness creep back in when I give my wrists a break. Speaking of which, these things can get a smidge painful after extended wear (like 5-8 hours of wear) so be mindful of that. I just wish that there were a less conspicuous option because the whole 80s sweatband look is not my aesthetic.
