Great little heater with a catch
This little heater worked its butt off during the cold here in North Texas. It ran 24 hours a day for a week or more without a hitch. The reason for 4 stars was for a issue I had. The fan shaft has a nut with lock washer that managed to come off. Not a big deal. I took the three screws out to pull the safety screen off, put the washer and nut back on and all is good to go. I don't know if this was loose from the factory of worked loose with all the run time. Not a big deal, but if you smell burnt plastic, that is what has happened. The fan will not come off, but the fan is now loose and the shaft will spin, get hot and smell like burnt plastic.

This this is dangerous
I've had this for about a year now - with regular usage for only a few months (obv. don't need it in the summer). Recently, this heater ended up frying a power strip I had it plugged into. I didn't think it was a heater issue, but more so an overloaded power strip but I ended up realizing that that was not the case. I plugged it directly in to the wall outlet and after an hour or so of use I went to turn it off and the power knob was locked up and wouldn't allow me to move the knob to the "off" position. I went to pull it out of the wall and noticed brown burn marks in the plug holes. If I left my office for a prolonged period of time while this was running, I might not have an office left...

Quality product
I purchased this item hoping it would serve the purpose of heating a outdoor truck cap housing 2 cats that I take care of on a daily basis. I have purchased multiple so called space heaters that eventually gave out and stopped working after an average of 8-12 months of Ohio winter weather. Just as a reference, I literally just opened this product, turned it on, and got it going for the cats to be warm in the current 12 degrees of weather. I am beyond pleased with the performance(heated up quickly to a comfortable temperature). It has a small form factor so it is not too large to take up space especially in the truck cap. I can confidently say that I would order another but I donโt feel I will need to because this should last much longer than my previous purchases!

Replacement heater only 47 days old and now switch failed. Won't turn to on or off
After trying several other heaters I finally got a heater that is truly a heater. I puts out a warm surrounding warmththat raises the air temp in a much larger area. the fan is very quiet an will run at the temps you need to feel warm over the area you choose and then overall. Great heater that makes the others useless except as foot warmers. Well constructed with all safety features. I would say that if you need a great heater, this is the one for you.I WROTE A REVIEW AND DID ALL NEEDED TO GET 10$00 GIFT CARD PER COUPON IN BOX WIT HEATER. IT IS A SHAME THAT THIS MNEVER CAME AND APPEARS TO BE A SCAM. IT ONLY DIRTIES THE GREAT PRODUCT. THIS PRACTICE SHOULD BE LOOKED INTO BY AMAZON.

Portable heater
A gentleman was grappling with a pipe from the shed and knocked off the heater (4 ft fall) but did not know what he knocked over. We went into the shed about a half hour later; and found the heater on the floor. Laying face down against the carpet blowing away. So not sure about the safety. One side of the fan was touching the floor and the other half was raised by three or so inches; so not laying completely flat on it's face putting out heat against the carpet. It did not turn off. Had I not gone in the shed; most likely would have caught fire at some point. Something to think about. I really like this heater though and glad I bought it. Should have took a picture and posted.

Small but nice heat
I just received the heater so I have only got to turn it on to test it. It seems like it will work fine. I was a little concerned when noticed it had a 2-prong plug. Every heater I've purchased in the last several years have a 3-prong plug. Also, we plan to use it in our travel trailer and I read a review that it blows the fuse when you turn it on high. We'll see.

Pretty small and can still pop my breaker.
At first I was shocked how small it was. I didnt see the dimensions on the site but they are there the pictures show it looking larger but it's about the size of my palm. It does pack a punch for how small it is but this thing was popping my garage breaker at 15amps so unfortunately didnt get to test it much. I'd say though this is more of a (space in the) garage heater more like your bench area. In the house it did heat up a bedroom fairly well but I was kinda tricked thinking this was to take the chill off a garage. Wish I had a use for it outside what I was intending.

Works OK on our outside patio
We bought this to add a little extra warmth while we are out on our patio in the fall. It works as advertised. The amount of heat it puts out is far less than a more expensive propane heater. It needs to be positioned just a few feet from you in order to feel it. When the safety feature kicks in, the heat goes away for about 30 seconds. Solid overall, but probably much more useful in an indoor setting.
