Quality, packaging and customer service....outstanding!!
I am redoing my kitchen floor with black as an accent along with the white tiles for the floor. I have never ordered something fragile like this on amazon and was afraid some would be broke. When I opened the box I was in awe of the packaging!!! Each layer was plastic wrapped with a piece of cardboard between them. They took such care to protect it in every way and NOT one single tile was chipped, cracked or scratched!! This is what I call great customer service and attention to packaging detail to make sure they're customer is thrilled with the purchase. The quality of the material is outstanding!! Thank you Stone Tile Mosaics for making this such a great experience on a purchase and shipping/packaging from on the internet.

While doing a kitchen remodel I ordered one box (5 sheets). The man laying the tile told me he thought it would not be quite enough. He estimated he would need just 1/2 of a sheet to finish. I hurried to order another whole box of the 5 sheets. After the second box arrived, I found he had figured a way to do without the extra. The box had not even been opened. Having spent over $45 I decided to send it back for a refund. I found out the hard way that not only did I have to pay the return shipping there was a 20% restocking fee. I received less than $20 refund. Had I known, rather than lose $25 in the process I would have kept the extra. Might have been able to use it later.

Do not order from this company. Color was not satisfactory and I have to pay to ship it back. No idea how they can charge me for shipping without stating that when you order.Not sure its located in the USA

Dimensions are WRONG!!!!
12x12 is NOT the true dimensions. Neither is the size given for the individual tiles. If you are planning on trying to integrate these with other 12x12 tile, it will really cause a problem.
