OH YEAH!
I dont normally give things 5 stars but this thing is nice! Specially for the price! Got it to replace my old one that lasted no more than a year and wasn't as high pixels. Made by a different company. The quality of video is very clear. Wider lens than my last one.The home screen is just nicer to look at than my last one.I have a long bed service truck and the I still had to loop up the cable and tuck it away. Definitely gives you plenty to work with.Has good amount of options in the menu to fine tune it to your needs. Will update my review on longevity after a couple months. But so far I'm very impressedCustomer service was phenomenal!!! The screen unfortunately broke after two weeks. They shipped me out a new set over night. I just took the screen sent all the other stuff back in original. Thanks guys love this product very happy with purchase.

Good rearview mirror cam
Only used a few days, so this is my initialimpression. I have another brand mirrorcam in another car that has lasted 5 years and counting, but could not findit available so I got this one. First the good. Good quality image, easy to install, easy menu interface, night visionOK, quick screen response and adjustment, and of particular notice is the auto off Screensaver, since my car accessory plug does not power off withignition switch. Just touch the screen topower on and after car is shut off unit will shut off to a low power stage in 13 or 5 minutes depending on choice.Parking setting can also be set to detectInterference with car while parked. Veryhappy so far. Oh the bad. Not much, justsome glare at night though not as bad as my other cam. Will update as needed.

Offset when in Reverse
I installed this on a 2012 Ram 1500. The installation and routing the wires was simple. What makes me give this 4 stars is that the camera is offset to the left. When you wire the camera to the reverse light to trigger reverse parking mode with guidelines, the camera will switch to a zoomed-in downward angle and offset to the left making it virtually useless while in this mode. The offset is so badly off that you cannot rely on it's accuracy while backing up.I had to disconnect the wire that would trigger- the backup camera reverse parking mode. What worked better for me is when you start to back up, just swipe on the screen to move the camera downward to reverse. As another reviewer said, even when the camera is mounted directly in the middle of the car, the camera is naturally offset to the left so I mounted mine slightly to the right of my license frame. The recording is pretty good. Playback captures both front and back.I do not have this unit hardwired. Every time I open my door, the mirror makes a chime that you cannot turn off.The instructions aren't detailed as to what all the options do. For example, you can switch it to 50mhz or 60mhz frequency-- I can't tell the difference when I tried it...During the daytime, you'll have to have the rearview mirror angled downward a bit so you can see the video. In bright daylight, you'll have a hard time seeing the video where it's virtually useless as a rearview camera. At night, it's pretty good but lights will definitely blind the camera limiting it's use. If you want to see that effect, put your phone camera on and shine a flashlight at it from a distance. That will be the same effect as what you'll see in your rearview mirror camera.I took it through the drive through carwash and it still works fine- but that was only once so I can't really vouch for it's durability in wet conditions. I'm also in Southern California where it doesn't rain much.In my opinion, it's great device and for about $48 it's really worth it. There are some things that could be better and I wish there was a lot to make it your main mirror. I don't have much long term faith in the rubber straps that are used to affix the video monitor to the existing mirror.Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase and would definitely try a higher grade model from this company if I needed another one in the future.

Price & Features!
After dealing with a Substandard product that failed twice, product description was not completely accurate, paid $42+change, 3yrs ago, i saw this product and it was reduced by 63% π€. Definitely liked the reduced price, after spending hours looking for the right product for the right price. This was it. The Graphics and Touch Screen was just the beginning. It comes with 32' of Cable, more than enough to cover a full Size 4 Door Truck w/longbed. Easy to Understand Instructions, adjustable angle lens, front and back, through the touchscreen on rearview mirror. Infrared/night vision. Split Screen, looped recordings, depending on your settings and very usable security software settings. Crystal Clear Imagery and Video. User Friendly and Power Drain is minimal when vehicle is not in use for 2-4 days, or based on your security settings. Great and affordable "Rearview Camera", brand. Front Lens is adjustable, with equal picture quality. 1 Drawback, if you are using L.E.D. License plate Lighting, then the rear camera clarity will be hindered by reflection of L.E.DS. Tip: Suggest using only 1 light for Lic. Plate, or relocation of Camera, which should always be in the CENTER of the back of the vehicle. High or Low Mount, away from indirect or direct exposure to lighting, should solve or help with this situation. Keep in mind of Sun glare as well.ππβ
