## Description

desertcart.com: KastKing Spartacus II Baitcasting Fishing Reels, 7.2:1, Black, Left | Max Drag: 17.6 lb, 7+1 BB, 6 oz, Graphite Frame, 5-Button Magnetic Brake, Ultralight and Super Smooth : Sports & Outdoors

Review: Super Lightweight and Easy to Cast - Really impressed with the KastKing Spartacus II. It’s very lightweight, smooth and comfortable, and my son handles it really well. I paired it with an Ozark Trail OTX 6’8” Medium baitcasting rod and 12-lb Berkley Trilene XL mono. The combination feels light and balanced and is very easy to cast. Great setup for the price!
Review: Cannot recommend enough! - Amazing. Outstanding. I have used light and heavy boats, had only one small backlash, it casts easy, it’s quick and simple to use, it works like a charm, it’s smooth to reel and easy to set up. Backlash remains an issue but I noticed it only rarely does so, and only if you improperly set up for your bait.z it’s lightweight and compact enough to where I was able to easily fit it onto smaller rods.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great reel for th money.
*by B***S on September 19, 2026*

So far this is a great reel. Casts a mile, smooth retrieve and drag. First season with it but so far it’s held up. Curious to see how the reel holds up because it has a plastic housing. But I have no complaints and will probably get another.
