I discovered this amazing olive oil at Talea by Antonio Guida in Abu Dhabi ! I fell in love instantly! The flavor the aroma you must buy! Perfect for fresh breads pastas soups ! It’s perfect to finish any dish!

This is one of my favorite olive oils, however some people think it is a little bitter. It's good for salads, steaks and soups, and just adds vivid flavors!

I tried this at a recent international culinary expo and loved the smoothness and spicy notes of this olive oil. I didn't think I would be able to find it, so turned to Amazon and am happy to discover it is available. I wouldn't use this for my basic cooking/frying as it is expensive, but use this fresh in dressings and drizzles and you won't be disappointed.
