This is one of my favorite olive oils, however some people think it is a little bitter. It's good for salads, steaks and soups, and just adds vivid flavors!

I wouldn't use this for my basic cooking/frying as it is expensive, but use this fresh in dressings and drizzles and you won't be disappointed.

Best olive oil of all time. This one is spicier and more grassy than the #2 or #1 in my opinion. This is the only olive oil brand that I buy. Read about the company's backstory, they're a great producer of quality olive oils from Sicily. Be warned, you will be spoiled after trying this product and won't be able to go back to the other "quality" olive oils you think you've had.

This is now my go to oil of choice for anything that can be done with olive oil. Very flavorful, great bodied oil. We have used it for salad dressing, dipping in combination with balsamic vinegar and to pre-baste a leg of lamb. Excellent olive oil the will always be in my kitchen.

This is a wonderful olive oil. I have bought on Amazon with one year or so to expiration. Unfortunately, there is alot of stale goods on Amazon. The statement that extra virgin olive oil does not go stale or rancid is false. All olive oils have a shelf life. If kept sealed, out of the sun and at room temperature, it will last 2 years.
