Can you use the same pot for meat , cheese etc

Yes, I have used the Lugano fondue pot for both cheese fondue and beef fondue. It can also be used for the chocolate fondue, but I prefer a smaller pot that doesn't get quite as hot because too much heat affects the texture and taste of good chocolate.

Can anyone give me the dimensions (length at widest point x width x depth) of this pot (not including the stand)? I would also like to know the weight

The width at the widest point is 12" (including the handle) x width of pot 8 1/4" x depth 3" (approx.). As to the weight, I'm estimating at around 5 pounds but I may be a little high. It may be closer to 4 pounds. I don't have a scale to measure it on so I just judged it against a 5 lb bag of flour
