I was about to send it back because it only displayed the red light. I need the blue light. I emailed the company and once I got the email which was fast, I followed their instructions and just like that I got the blue light on. If only they would be clear instructions included in the box I wouldn’t have gone thru initial emotional damage. I had already returned another company’s whitening machine because that one didn’t work at all. (note: different company). This one right away worked and like I said with instruction to get the blue light was easy. Please include written instructions in the box of how to switch the settings to get the blue lights. Thank you!

I ordered the light with three different color settings and received one with only blue light .. the light is unsteady , arm doesn’t move well to adjust to clients mouth so I had to hold it .. one of the wheels feel off and not to mention the face of the light has some black in the sensor as of it was used and resold .. awful product !!

Turns on but screen doesn’t turn on or light up.. no response from seller. Furious that Amazon doesn’t screen their sellers better.
