This tastes more like a mouthwash mint. The way it came across me was through an ad and tbh those people were lying. Because one of these little balls are not enough and I don’t really feel anything freshen up in my gut as those promoters have said it would. Now for freshness of breath I don’t really get that. Also, this is very expensive, and I hate that to make my breath get the mint smell and taste it takes more than a few of those balls to get that result. I thought this could be better than Listerine’s Breath strips yet NOPE. I wouldn’t buy this again as the outcome is not what I expected.

These mints are tiny but carry a big punch. They have different flavors to boot. Highly recommend them to everyone. They freshen your breath immediately and adre sugar free so they are perfect for me being diabetic

I initially bought these with the hope it’d help with dry mouth and sulfur burps (thanks to Mounjaro). They’re small, but powerful. Initially reminiscent of the icebreakers liquid ice mints. The outer shell pops, there’s a burst of cooling, minty flavor and it leaves behind a small inner pod you’re supposed to swallow for it to “freshen your gut.” Freshens breath quickly, but as far as staying power it seems to last around 10-15 minutes. I haven’t noticed any difference in the sulfur burps being less offensive. There might be an echo of mint but nothing very noticeable or lasting. The fruit flavors are pretty much the same. There’s an initial taste of the fruit but it is overpowered by the cooling menthol sensation. Overall 3 out of 5. Freshens breath well, but I’d say it doesn’t exactly “freshen your gut” which is basically the gimmick to show how they’re somehow different from ice breakers who did the bursting liquid mints first.

Get the job done and are very strong minty flavor. But not worth the price for what you get and for the size of them.

These mints are sooo strong and sooo good. I love the flavors. If you like it less strong the berry and lemon still are refreshing but not overpowering. The melon tastes like melon with a refreshing kick and the peppermint and spearmint are strong but delicious. They melt in your mouth making your breath minty fresh and the hard ball in the middle when swallowed makes your gut feel like it also ate a breath mint. I would give more stars if possible :-)

These aren’t good. The normal minty type flavors are fine but the berry taste like really bad cough medicine and the honey lemon tastes like a halls cough drop. The melon flavor is very odd. The freshness is not long lasting. The size of the capsules is tiny. Very easy to lose and fall out of your hand. Standard tick tacks or other mints are easier to use and work better. I won’t be purchasing these again.
